*Nana finds the book she was looking for, and studies a few pages. She was still standing infront of the shelf, one hand under the book, and the other scanning a few lines*

Mmm hmm... Mmm hmm... I'll need to try that one!
*The title of the book couldn't be seen under Nana's palm. She begins to head for the library doors after closing the book again. Nana would go practice in one of the designated areas, most likely heading towards the north tower. Before she'd really gotten to the library, she had nodded to the proto type at the base of the tower and asked it to continue standing guard. Now Nana was moving northward threw the maze of streets, with book over her chest, and arms crossed over it, with a hand at each corner*

Zeno: Oh? and where are your orders coming from? *He noticed that the cannon had once again changed and was now doing something* deactivate your weapon now! *It was uncertain if an EMP wave would really work against Zeno. The other drones would succumb to the effects, but Zeno was designed in a much different manner. Parts of Zeno may become flunky.... but totatl deactivation wouldn't come from a simple EMP*

The cannon stopped changing, physically, but it was still adjusting the energy blasts and changeing them into EMP bolts. The bolts would not be sufficient enough to actually deactivate Zeno, but it should be sufficient to either stun or disorientate the machine.

Crystal said softly as she tried once again to pull herself free. She didnt' want to be killed by Zenos but she didn't want to be held by something that thought she was 9 ether.

Zeno: I don't give BZZT about your orders! This area is under Lord Mastema's durisdiction and you had best start being cooperative! I already have secondary forces converging on your position! I am not here alone. *Zeno sounded rather strict when he was high on electricity* stare *He speaks lowly to 9, keeping careful to make it too quick for the other robot to pick up* Shut it.... in case you didn't notice I'm the only thing keeping that thing from getting you.....

The EMP cannon was just about ready, just a little while longer. The EMP bolts would pass through 9-Lives' organic body and strike the machine that she was suppose to be guarding. The death of an objective would not be tollerated...

Zeno: BZZT! *Zeno, seeing 9 pass out, wasn't going to bother to stick around this other droid. He quickly starts to move towards the barrier, which wasn't far away. He still held 9 in front of him* She's out like a light.... I'll be detaining her until further notice FYI stare

91-988's eyes glaze over as he brings his energy gatling gun to bare. The barrel begins to spin, wildly, as concentraded bolts of EMP fire from his shoulder mounted cannon. He wasn't stupid enough to move towards the citadel, infact he even moved away from it. If he happened to kill 9-Lives in the fall back, then maybe the machine would drop her.

Zeno: BZZT! *He literally throws 9 at the barrier and into it, in order to allow himself more agility. He dives for the barrier, gets struck by a few bullets (if they were fired) and the EMP, and rolls into the barrier's safety* GAH! *He sprawls on the ground, twitching from the shock of the blast* Son of a BZZT.... I won't let him get away with this easily. evil

Slayer: *He shakes his head and slowly picks up 9* I will tend to the girl... you need repairs. *He vanishes. 9 would wake up in a room that one could find in a one person hotel room. It wasn't excessively fancy, but it would be unusually nice*
Zeno: stare *He gets up, somewhat trembling. He uses Zio's teleportation system to get back to sub level 4*
