Niko and Hisashi walked into the academy. Niko wasnβt sure but she figured that Yui and Aoi were gonna try to skip out on her again. She didnβt want to doubt them, but they were proving to be those kind of people. Sure enough though, Niko was wrong. βHey Niko! Over here!β Surprised to see them, Nikoβs face ran a sinister smile. They walked over to Yui and Aoi and greeted them. βSo like, if we help you today, youβre gonna help us later right?β Niko nodded at Aoi question. She seemed excited, then they both became very eager to help. βWeβre ready to help!β Nikoβs smile never left. βGood. Letβs get started then.β
First, Niko stood in front of Yui and Aoi. βWeβre good to go!β Niko took a moment then activated her hidden mist technique, completely surrounding them. As the mist encroached, Yui quickly grabbed on to Aoiβs hand. Then, there was nothing but mist. As they struggled to see, they heard what sounded like a whiplash. Scared, Yui now grabbed on to Aoi hugging her tightly. βWhat was that?!β They heard another. Then another, and another. Then one last one. Thatβs when they came.
Outside of the mist, it took some time, but Niko finally found the frequency she needed to invade both of their chakra. She was sending waves of her chakra into theirs via the sound of the lash. With a smile, she turned to Hisashi. βLet the fun begin.β
Inside of the mist, Yui and Aoi stood there hugged up and scared. Then Yui heard Aoi whisper something. βYuiβs so stupid...β Yui looked up and pushed of of Aoi. βExcuse me?!β Aoi stood there confused. Before she could respond however, she heard Yui whisper something. βItβs all your fault...β Aoi became offended. βLike seriously?! Your blaming me again?!βWhatβre you...?!βLike, does Yui even know how dumb she is?β Yui was was getting upset. βStop calling me stupid!β Aoi was completely lost. βHuh? I never called you...ββYouβre just dead weight anyways...β At this point, Aoi lost it and a full blown argument occurred.
The whispers had gotten bad. After every pause, there was a voice that came and presented itself to either Yui or Aoi. It was strange though, as if the whispers were being spoken into their ears. Oddly enough, that's exactly what was happening. Little mouths of chakra were forming and speaking to them as they argued. "Ugh! I can't believe you!""I can't stand you..."
Niko heard the whole thing from outside of the mist. Then she motioned to Hisashi. Using the Shinjuu Zanshu technique, Hisashi quickly went underground and lightly grabbed Aoi and dragging her under. She let of a frightened scream that transferred over to Yui. She quickly turned to run but soon realized she was in the mist. The whispers continued as well adding to her fear. βNiiiiikooo! Help meeee!β Niko took this as her cue. She snapped her whip sword until she was able to invade.
What Niko was trying to accomplish was simple. This genjutsu she was trying out would change the weather around them. She knew that it was going to be a hard sell so she used the cover of the mist to help. She picked this genjustu because she loved storms. What better way to scare someone, than with lightning and thunder?
When Yui heard the lashes, the mist quickly cleared up, but was completely replaced by black clouds filled with lightning and crackling thunder. Yui looked up in terror. She turned around and ran as lightning began to crash down around her. She saw Aoi slowly getting up from out of the ground. In a panic, she quickly helped her up and rushed her on, being startled randomly by lightning. βYui? Whatβre you doing? Youβre kinda creeping me out...ββThe storm Aoi!" Instead of feeding into it, Aoi just smacked Yui in the face a couple times. Soon after, Yui was back to normal. Then, when Aoi was least expecting it, Yui smacked her back once really good. This incurred a cat fight until the both heard a feint call from Niko.

They look up to see both she and Hisashi passed out on the ground. They quickly rush over to her. When they do, they slowly look at her. Niko lifts her face and looks the both in the eyes. This was important. She stared at them as deeply as she could trying to shoot her chakra into their eyes. She wasn't sure if she had invaded, but she wasn't going to waste this perfect chance either. She would just have to roll with it.
Niko was trying to scare Yui and Aoi with an idea she had the other day. The whole plan had been going according to plan. So far, she's been able to make them hear voices and she's changed the weather for a little bit. All of these were weak genjutsu but they were difficult to master. She was on the final one now. The icing on the cake.
βIβm so glad you guys came to help me today...β Niko turns her face back into the ground, then lifts up at them again. Only this time, she was missing her face. There on the ground, like a bloody mask, laid the skin of Nikoβs face. The face that was looking at them was all vein and bloody muscle, eyeballs and teeth exposed, and dripping of blood. βThanks for being my friends!β Yui and Aoi screamed and ran off out of the academy as Hisashi and Niko both died of laughter.
"Man Hisashi! Genjustu is tough to learn. I'm just lucky they weren't able to see through it." Hisashi nodded. "Yeah but it was totally worth it. The look on their faces was priceless." Niko laughed. She was sure she had gotten it down. She would definitely still need some practice but she was getting closer to her goal. The genjutsu training today was a success and she was proud.
Niko and Hisashi soon gathered their things and left. Feeling good, Niko decided she would definitely not be going out to eat, but would rather cook at home. This gave her time to explore the village a little bit more. She didnβt know where they were going, but at least she got some justice.

Sumiko chuckled for a moment as she saw Mariko looking down at her own arms, possibly trying to see her own chakra network. "Don't worry. Most people can't see their own network. It takes very special eyes to see it, and even then, its not always perfect." Sumiko reached into her bag, pulling out a small sheet of paper. "Now, hold out your hand." Once Mariko stretched out her hand, Sumiko would place the paper on her palm. "Now this paper is very special. It can tell you what your elements are." Sumiko put an identical sheet on her own palm. "Based on what your elements are, different things will happen to the paper. The only thing you have to do is concentrate super hard on the paper. Eventually, you will feel something in your arm, like a warm rush. That is your chakra flowing into the paper."
Sumiko nodded to her own sheet of chakra paper. "Now watch, and be amazed!" At first, nothing would seem to happen to the paper in Sumiko's hand. Then the paper would appear to crinkle in the middle. While it crinkled, the left side of the paper began to turn damp. The real interesting thing however was that the right side of the paper suddenly caught fire, quickly turning to ash. "I have the ability to use three elements, so the paper wrinkled, representing my Raiton abilities. It began to become damp, representing my Suiton abilities. And finally, it caught fire, representing my Katon abilities. Now, its your turn."

A new clone appeared in the academy. This one knew of her new responsibilities and title as the Uzukage. She approached Sumiko as she watched the girl performing ninja training. Chie's smile widened. This was what she wanted to see more of in the world. This girl, who started as a student by making off putting passes at her, was now leading the next generation of ninja with grace and poise. Just as Shinsei posed to her a sign of her failure, Sumiko was a sign of her success. She waited until the paper was handed to the girl before she approached her former student. "When you have a second, I would like to have a word with you." She said as she exited the room. She did not want to do this in front of Sumiko's new students.

This assures that this benefit does not allow the user to passively perform techniques one rank higher than they can usually. Second of all, this technique only applies when Chie korabo's with herself. If she korabos with an ally or a clone then this benefit is non-applicable. Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. So if the user Korabo two B-ranked techniques, (the user must also pay for each individual skill), then the final technique would be an A-ranked skill, and thus would cost 50 more chakra to perform this way. Itsuki walked in to the Academy seemingly as the birds started chirping. Itsuki had left early in the morning, much earlier than he was supposed to meet Ryota and the girl Niko for their training. As naturally talented as he is, Itsuki still had to put in hard work to learn everything he could. The first thing he would learn today was more of the Uchiha clans secret jutsu. Ryota had given him a scroll containing the different techniques, but until now, Itsuki only wanted to train them with his uncle to make him proud. However, after their conversation the night prior about what makes a great shinobi, Itsuki was determined to put his effort in his words. He wanted to become a great shinobi not for praise or for glory, but to bring peace to the shinobi world. He had delved too far into these thoughts for the moment, and shook his head to clear his mind; he needed to focus on the task at hand.
"Alright. Let's try this Shield of the Storm God technique first." Itsuki said aloud to himself. "Ember Clone jutsu."
Using a single hand seal, a clone of himself popped into existence in a plume if smoke. The clone stood across the room from the real Itsuki, and prepared some shuriken. Itsuki took his stance, made a single handseal, and waited. The clone paused for a second, then threw the shuriken directly at the real him, and he sprang into action. Without saying a word, Itsuki focused his energy, and a red chakra shield burst forth in front of him. It wasn't the full sized jutsu, but it had worked nonetheless. The shuriken hit the shield and fell to the floor with a clatter.
"Well, that wasn't what I was hoping for... but it's a start." Itsuki said lazily, scratching his head.
He repeated the technique over a few times, eventually resulting in the fully formed shield. "Alright, time to move on I think." Itsuki thought. He reopened the scroll, and took a look at the next technique listed. "Magatama..." Itsuki thought as he read. "Seems simple enough." Itsuki put the scroll away, and looked towards his clone. Itsuki made a single hand seal, and began calling up the same chakra he had put into his last technique with his eyes closed. After a moment of this, Itsuki opened his eyes and proceded.
"Incineration Style: Magatama." Itsuki said somewhat sinisterly.
In a second, a ball of blame flame was created before him, growing into the shape of a tomoe. Itsuki was a little bit surprised if he was being honest. From what he had read, the effects of the jutsu were quite... 'explosive'. Hoping not to cause any more excess damage than he had already caused in his training before, Itsuki simply released the jutsu. He had managed to create it, and that was good enough for him. "Now I suppose it's time to train this third technique. What was it again?" Itsuki thought as he pulled the scroll back out and examined it's contents. "Ah, that's right. 'Amaterasu's Blessed Breath.' Itsuki returned his scroll to it's pouch yet again, and took another look at his clone. If there was a safe way to launch fire at anything in the Academy, it was his own clone. Pulling out 5 shuriken, Itsuki began again. He jumped into the air, and launched the shuriken towards his clone.
"Incineration Style: Amaterasu's Blessed Breath." Itsuki said as he made another single hand seal.
He focused his sight on the shuriken he had thrown, and as if conjured from thin air, all the shuriken became coated in intense, bright black flames. The now blazing shuriken streamed through the air, resulting in all 5 hitting their mark, plunging into the clone's chest. The flames spread to the clone, and it exploded in a roar of black flames. The heat was so intense Itsuki was afraid he might set the ceiling on fire. Luckily the ceiling was unharmed, and Itsuki came landing on the ground with a soft thud.
"Phew... That was difficult, but I'd say I've got them more or less mastered now. Now, what else am I to train?" Itsuki said aloud again, his hand on his chin as he thought of which jutsus he wanted to train for the rest of tge morning before his training with Ryota.

Itsuki was pumped up after his first round of training, and he planned on harnessing that fire to drive him through the rest of his training. It was extremely fitting at that, as he planned on training the rest of his Katon techniques to follow up his Uchiha Art training. The Academy was about to get much, much hotter. The first jutsu on his list was the signature technique of the Uchiha clan; the Great Fireball technique. He had attempted the jutsu before, but he was much younger then. This time, he had the chakra and training to pull it off. Taking his stance facing a training dummy, he took in a deep breath, and made his single hand seal.
"Great Fireball technique!" Itsuki shouted as he began to exhale.
A stream of black fire came shooting forth from his mouth, and as it extended, became a large black fireball, burning extremely hot and extraordinarily bright. After a brief moment of holding the jutsu, he released it. "One down. I need to keep going, no time for breaks." Itsuki thought. He didn't have the time for a break, the longer he took, the less training he could get in before his scheduled training later. Readying himself for the next technique, he thought back to the Amaterasu's Blessed Breath technique. In theory it was the same as the Mythical Fire Flower technique, though the execution was slightly different. Pulling out another 5 shuriken, Itsuki readied himself. He lept inti the air, and unleashed his shuriken.
"Mythical Fire Flower!" Itsuki shouted.
Itsuki took in a small amount of air, and proceeded to fire out 5 small plumes of black flame that instantly coated the shuriken as they flew towards the training dummy. The 5 shuriken sank into the dummy, setting it ablaze. Itsuki quickly ran over to it as he landed, and extinguished the flames. He had to be very cautious not to cause any damage to the Academy. With the flames put out, Itsuki pressed on. The next technique required him to use wires, and Itsuki was no stranger to them. Pulling a spool of wire from his ninja tool pouch, Itsuki wrapped the dummy in it, and pulled it out to where he had been standing initially. After forming his hand seal, Itsuki drew in a deep breath.
"Dragon Fire jutsu." Jtsuki said flatly. He was extremely focused now.
As he exhaled, a stream of black flame resembling a small dragon came roaring out, and chased along the wire towards the dummy. As it descended upon the dummy, it burst into an even larger brilliant black blaze, creating a blast of heat in the immediate area. Itsuki shielded his eyes from the bright light, and after a second the flames dispersed and Itsuki lowered his arm.
"Damn... That was rough. I should take a moment to breathe before I burn myself out..." Itsuki said, breathing somewhat heavily. He had used a large amount of chakra in a short period of time. As much as he wanted to power through his training, he didn't have infinite reserves. Itsuki walked over to the wall where there were some benches, and promptly took a seat. He needed to rest for a moment at least before continuing.

Sumiko nodded as Chie whispered into her ear. Just how many Chie clones were wondering the village now? Sumiko turned to Mariko motioning to the papers on the desk. "Keep studying these and I'll be back in a moment." Sumiko stood up and followed Chie into the hallway. Once she was out of site of Mariko, Sumiko created another shadow clone. The clone would wander back into the class and sit across from Mariko who would be none the wiser.
The real Sumiko was now alone in the hallway with Chie. She let out a big sigh of relief and slumped her shoulders. "Ungh. How do you do it? I can barely teach one person and you teach dozens."

Mariko felt a little better knowing that not being able to see one's chakra network was somewhat normal. Her eyes weren't special, as far as seeing what might typically be seen by anyone who wasn't visually impaired in any way, though curiosity struck as to what special eyes were out there. As Sumiko pulled out a small sheet of paper, the young girl would extend her hand out to grab for it. With her head tilted, glancing at the paper in Sumiko's palm, she listened to her instructions, albeit with a slight suspicion about a small piece of paper being able to determine such things as elements. It was just... such a simple looking piece of paper to her.
Suddenly, the remarkable attribute of the simple piece of paper was revealed, causing Mariko to gasp aloud and nearly fall out of her seat. The paper seemed to crinkle, dampen, and catch fire, all at once! Mariko stared at the woman's palm, completely amazed. "...O-oh, my! How-... Wha-..." She looked to Sumiko for a moment, clearly entertained and bewildered at the same time. If this was what Ninja Magic was, then she was certainly a believer now. This was a first time experience for her. And for once, Mariko wasn't being timid or crying her eyes out. There was a genuine smile of pure excitement on her face. Overall, this display had made her very happy.
When it came for Mariko to try, she managed to calm herself down enough to focus on the paper in her palm. She had pretty high expectations, and her mind was swimming with possibilities for the outcomes of the paper. It took a little longer to see or feel anything relative to what Sumiko explained, as Mariko started to concentrate intensely on the paper in her palm. She started to feel that 'rush' through her arm, and her eyes widened with excitement as she continued to stare at the paper. It suddenly ripped to shreds, and those shredded pieces were crinkling almost immediately. Mariko withdrew her hand back in shock, letting the pieces fall to the table. Her eyes never left the pieces of paper, however. "S-so you have Raiton, Suiton, and Katon... I have... Raiton... and Fuuton?" She looked to Sumiko for clarification. Wind could have the ability to cut things if it were strong enough, right?
Chie chuckled as Sumiko lowered her guard around her old teacher. "Just the same way that you do honestly. Keep up a strong face around the kids, and sulk when you get a chance to vent." She answered honestly. Her arms folded as her face became more stoic. "Teaching is actually why I came here, however." She said sternly. "You see... I kind of just got a promotion..." She said. "Nothing truly big. Just the village leader." Chie broke her hands apart to extend her fingers and make jazz hands. "Surprise! New Uzukage." She said in a jovial tone. Her arms folded back in as her face returned to a solemn tone. "As such. While I can leave a clone here to assist with overwhelming student population, I need a proper teacher to monitor the school and protect these students. Ideally there should also be the teacher Tetsuhiko... but I wouldn't trust Pinocchio with a goldfish. Therefore, as a student I personally trained, my first thought is to make you the up and coming teacher of this academy." Chie smirked as she continued. "Of course, I wouldn't put this pressure on you without a reward. As an academy teacher, you would earn the title and respect of a chuunin. Not just any chuunin, however. I shall give you personal permission to test academy students to genin as you see fit, and also to scare your kids into not forgetting to train. It's a huge responsibility, and I might take it away from you if you slack off. However, since you are student of mine, I am sure that you will become exactly what this village needs." Chie nodded at the end of her statement. She had faith in Sumiko's abilities. She just hoped the young lady had faith in them as well.

The limitations of this are as such. First of all, the technique works passively only up to one rank below Chie's current Korabo level. This means that if Chie's Korabo level is A-ranked then it can only be used at a B-ranked potential, which means that Chie can only Korabo two B-ranked techniques to use the korabo skill at A-ranked. This assures that this benefit does not allow the user to passively perform techniques one rank higher than they can usually. Second of all, this technique only applies when Chie korabo's with herself. If she korabos with an ally or a clone then this benefit is non-applicable. Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. So if the user Korabo two B-ranked techniques, (the user must also pay for each individual skill), then the final technique would be an A-ranked skill, and thus would cost 50 more chakra to perform this way. After a short rest, Itsuki stood back up, and rotated his neck and shoulders. It had been enough time to regain his chakra and to give him a breather. He had just finished training his Katon techniques, and now he was prepared to movr on to the next element he needed to train; Fuuton. "Alright, time to 'cool off'" The thought made him chuckle. He had a sense of humor, even if he didn't show it often. Itsuki stepped towards the middle of the room, facing the training dummys. He took a deep breath, and quickly made a series of hand seals.
"Extreme Decapitating Air Wave." Itsuki said solemnly, focusing om the jutsu.
He extended both of his hands forward, and a large gust of wind erupted from his palms towards the dummy. Itsuki hadn't been thinking of how strong the jutsu was, and the blast of wind completely decimated the training dummy, and started to bow out the wall behind it, also causing Itsuki to have to brace himself. He had barely been able to cancel the technique before it had destroyed the wall any further. "Oh man... I should really have trained that outside. I got lucky." Itsuki couldn't help but feel embarrassed. After taking a second to regain his composure, Itsuki was ready to begin once again. Retaking his initial stance, Itsuki made a flurry of hand seals.
"Wind Dragon jutsu!" Itsuki roared as he poured out his chakra.
A large wind dragon began to form in front of Itsuki made of wind chakra, swirling into shape. It had a light blue body, and a magnificent red mane. Itsuki was borderline stunned at what he had managed to produce, it was magnificent. The dragon looked at Itsuki, and he pointed towards the training dummy. The dragon roared, and proceeded to fire three Wind Explosions from it's mouth. The three balls of wind came down upon the training dummy and each exploded in sequence. The wind sheer from the blast whipped around the room, causing Itsuki's robes and ponytail whip around before the dragon disappeared. Itsuki took a second to look around the training area; there were scorch marks on the walls surrounding the dummy, as well as a large indentation in the concrete wall behind it. "I've got to start training outside... After this last technique, I'll go to the training dummys out in the yard. That should be much safer." Itsuki was proud of the progress he had been making, but he was still uncomfortable having caused damage to the training area. Steeling himself, Itsuki made a few habdseals, and stuck his hand out in front of him, palm forward.
"Wind Riding jutsu." Itsuki said calmly.
Wind started to swirl in a ball in front of him, eventually finishing as an orb of spinning wind chakra. Itsuki took a moment to look over the orb, and once he had studied it, he jumped into the air to land on it with his feet. Unfortunately, Itsuki was still inexperienced with the technique, and was immediately thriwn off balance and fell to the floor with a thud. "Well, that hurt... I guess I'm not ready to stand on it yet. I did just create it after all..." Itsuki stood up and brushed himself off. He jumped into the air once more, but this time landed on the orb in a sitting position. It took him a moment before he was adjusted to how it felt, but had only taken him a moment. Itsuki started to move around the room, getting his bearings on how to ride it. After a couple of laps, Itsuki felt confident in his control of it. "Alright, time to go to the training dummy's outside. Less collateral damage... and less I have to pay." Itsuki shifted how he was sitting to be more comfortable, and rode the wind sphere towards the doors and outside through the doors to continue his training.

Itsuki rode his Wind Riding jutsu out into the training field of the Academy, releasing the technique as he arrived. Scanning the area, it was evident no other students were around, as far as he could surmise. "Nobody here... This should be a safe place to practice my Doton techniques after all." Itsuki proceeded to sit down cross-legged in the grass, and placed a single hand on the ground in front of him while holding the other in a single seal. He closed his eyes, and began to focus his chakra. After a few moments, Itsuki began to "feel" something. Trying to get a better read on what "it" was, he tried to focus his chakra towards the occurance. It took him a moment, but he found what it was. Through the vibrations of the earth, Itsuki could identify a few young children running down the road nearby to where he was, based on the impact their feet created. He of course felt the students and faculty of the Academy, but he was trying to reach further than that. "This is amazing. I had no idea one could feel through the ground this way. This will definitely be of use during my missions." Itsuki opened his eyes, and started to stand back up. He at least knew there was nobody nearby him outdoors, so continuing his training would be much simpler without having to worry about nearby students getting caught in the crossfire. After taking his standard stance, Itsuki took a deep breath and made a single hand seal.
"Mud River jutsu." Itsuki said calmly.
Suddenly, the ground beneath him all the way to the training dummy across the field from him started to turn into a raging river of mud and earth. He shouldn't have been so calm, as he forgot that he himself needed to make sure he wouldn't get swept away in it's current. Quickly jumping backwards, Itsuki looked on at the land river he had just created. Unfortunately for him, he had still managed to cause collateral damage. The tree line and the hill beyond it had been overrun by the earth river, and cascaded down towards the street below. With some manner of luck, the river had stopped raging and had ended as it neared the base of the hill. He could hear thr children he sensed earlier scream as it came to a halt. "Oh jeez... Ryota-sensei is going to let me have it for this one. Even when I'm outside I'm still destroying things..." Itsuki shook his head in defeat and stared at the ground. He wasn't trying to beat himself up, but he knew he had messed up again. He was supposed to control his techniques, not let them cause problems for the village or destroy his surroundings. After a quick slap to the face, Itsuki brought himself out of his slump. He needed to continue on; the time of his training with Ryota and Niko was drawing nearer with each passing minute. He detested being late, so he had to press on. He had already deformed the landscape, so it must not hurt to train his next jutsu. Itsuki weaved together a string if hand seals, and started to exert his chakra.
"Earth Flow Wave jutsu!" Itsuki bellowed.
He was lucky he had spent some time getting adjusted to his Wind Riding technique, as the earth had started to move below him. Suddenly, he was standing on what looked like an ocean wave but made of the earth. Trying to see if he could control it, he thought about what he wanted it to do. As if he was a puppetmaster pulling the strings, the wave of earth he was on began to shift and overtake the ground where he wanted to go. The creation of the wave had disrupted the earth enough to begin with, so he began to release the technique after riding it around the field, trying to leave the earth as even as he had found it. He was pleased with how it turned out, although all the grass was now gone. That was a bummer to be sure. Itsuki took a look up at the sun; it was nearing noon. He could probably squeeze in a little bit more training before he had to head for the dojo, so he stretched a tad bit more; the final bit of training would be the most difficult, and he was determined to complete it.

Itsuki took his stance once more, and took in a deep breath. This next technique was going to require precision above all else; if he messed up, he could injure himself. Drawing a kunai from his ninja tool pouch, Itsuki proceeded to throw it directly above him into the air so it would fall directly back to where he was. Itsuki watched the kunai as it streamed upwards, reached it's peak, and started it's descent towards his head. It began to pick up speed, and as it was only about a foot away, Itsuki acted. He disappeared in a flicker, and a boulder about the same height as him was put in his place from nearby. Nobody in their right mind would expect what would come next, and as the kunai struck the boulder, the entire thing exploded with considerable force. Itsuki had to cover his eyes with his arm as the concussive force pushed against him, causing a large gust of wind to tear around the immediate area. As the environment settled down, Itsuki lowered his arm and looking at what he had just done; there was a crater where he had been standing, and there were scorch marks all around the impact zone. "Oh man, that was intense. I've got to be careful using that in the future..." Itsuki scratched his head, and walked back to the center of the field near the newly formed crater. He began to build up his chakra, and turned to face one of the training dummys. Without a word, Itsuki raised one hand, and slammed his open palm on the ground, ending up in a crouched position. The ground below the dummy began to tremor and shake, but only to a minor degree. Itsuki stood back up, and cocked his head to the side. "That's it? That can't be it. The ground barely moved. I know I can do better than that. Why is this technique so weak?" Itsuki couldn't understand why the ground didn't shift as much as he wanted it to. Then it dawned on him, it was a technique that could be made stronger with more chakra poured into it. It had to be. He was already running a bit low on chakra as it was, but he needed to finish the training, even if he could only give it one more shot. The best way to maximize the potential of the technique was to build up enough force naturally to ensure the most success. Taking this into consideration, Itsuki coiled his legs, and in a flash lept high into the air. He began to focus his chakra into his legs as much as he possibly could, and started to descend. He came crashing to the ground, sending out large and violent shockwaves through the ground, knocking over and even tossing some training dummys across the field. As the ground settled, Itsuki stood straight up and looked around him. He had completely destroyed the training area. "Oh man... Well, it looks like I'm going to be late after all. I have to sort this out now and apologize to the instructors. What a hassle..." Itsuki sighed, and dropped his head. Ryota was going to scold him again for being late, and the Niko girl would probably assume he really was a slacker.

It was a better sentence than what could have been given, really. But having no way to prove anything to anyone was frustrating for a few days into the punishment. Mostly chores in the school were basic but started with providing repairs to the academy where the Rashomon had removed more than just a couple roof tiles. With news of Teacher's promotion the boiling frustration Sadayo prized for the first day of servitude had to diffuse into a simmered IRK with the realization that there was hardly any hope for winning anyone over without being an apple-polishing, doormat who bows to the fate of the leader's judgement and such could be the way... But more important matters were about the aftermath of Kyomei's arrival to the islands. No one was being pelted with a jingling staff in attempt to be "set free" from an evil spirit. No lively anythings aside from a girl quietly following directions. This was not a change Sadayo wanted to see. She found she missed the smol girl with antics which kept the puppeteer on her toes.
When Kyomei explained her choice to release her title, Sadayo was busy clapping chalkboard erasers together. The more the girl spoke, the more Sadayo listened, and the erasers were pressed together. The puppeteer had turned her head to look at the smol girl, some. She looked tired too and felt as if a hand was pressing on her chest. The sensation in her being wasn't a happy one. It was at this time did Sadayo learn what branch of belief Kyomei observes. There were a few holes in Sadayo's knowledge about the Tao but the bulk of Kyomei's attitudes began to fall into place with her actions and statements. Unlike before, Sadayo just listened, attempted to observer from her own distances, and connected the metaphorical dots floating about society for her own answers and understandings. It was unfortunate Sadayo had not asked prior.
She couldn't find words to speak. Sadayo only nodded slowly at first and the most she could say was a thoughtful reply: "I understand..." Sadayo was showing she was listening, hearing , and had felt she had no room to change Kyomei's mind. She would continue to slowly nod. Smile to Kyomei, sympathetically here and there, and continue what menial task Sadayo was occupying herself with. "I'm sorry it came down to all of this. All of this. But at least we weren't exiled. She thought about the unmarred headband, for the hidden whirlpool which subordinates of the new leader insist she accept, that was snug around her waist that was probably dusted with chalk by now.

Something changed. Something within Sadayo told her to set aside time to restudy her beloved craft and do so carefully. She had the very basic and a few more advanced techniques nailed down enough that a refresher wasn't really needed. Within a dusty, barely worn kugutsu scroll Sadayo found the details she was looking for. The first two items were simple and simple enough that Sadayo knew she couldn't waste time on reviewing them for too long. The instruction sounded like second nature, like the text had learned from her. Dodging. The amount of energy needed to devote herself to varies on the strength of whatever's coming at her precious weaponry. But the amoutn she would have to exert would also vary with the quality of whatever puppet being hauled from point A to B. {Puppet Dodge rank: X (Learned at E; Learned} The instant movement technique was similar to the dodging technique but without the variation in energy. It was too bad the technique was strong enough only to move one. Her sights moved onto a new item that was completely new to her. The concept reminded her of a spider's web minus the hardworking arachnid. As she read, Sadayo nearly caught herself questioning the sticky nature of the strings but stopped herself from diving into a thougthful mess. Why question the magic of it? It was a different means to capture opponents with her own two hands. It was almost too bad she couldn't control anyone with it. {Web of Strings, Rank C. Learned}
The technique to follow, Sadayo ended up putting to practice with the wooden training puppet. She opened the scroll to bring forth a weary looking manequin that may have been missing a few minor pieces. Nonetheless, Sadayo connected and used her strings to attempt a mass duplication of a limb. So, the basic puppet now had eight arms? If Sadayo could count then eight sounds about right. She pressed herself to try the next item that sounded much more sophisticated for a more advanced puppet that increasing the durability of a basic puppet was nearly a laughable experience. {Durability, Rank B}
The thought of applying the next techinique to the training puppet also made her giggle. The training puppet was so incredibly basic that the most it could do was punch or kick or something as simple as that. It had hardly is with much significance to even properly test the boundaries of "how fast can I move this doll?" Last, came a repairing tool. The concept sounded like one was supposed to pull extra, replacement, pieces out of reserve and this... thing... was supposed to show adept learners the quickest way how. Sadayo rolled up the kugutsu scroll with the thought lingering about when will it ever see another's hands again. It pained her a little to think of the lack of puppeteers. She moved on to something incredibly new, the study of earth ninjutsu. She never imagined that she would unearth her third nature. Sadayo had heard of other jounin digging deep into their person to find an additional nature so this accomplishment wasn't unheard of. {B-ranked: +2, PA, +1 Ninjutsu}
When she read over the basic techniques and abilities of the budding earth-savy student, Sadayo found it all feeling different from when she studied water and lightning. Now she had a means to halt her own element or henance another. From the basic earth clone technique, specialized rock throwing skills, and sturdy bracers (which would do her better for blocking when times are scary) her knowledge was expanding. The earth clone she made looked impressed. Happy to be here. The clone was instructed to try the stone bracers technique with real-Sadayo, just for giggles. With a few handsigns, the exertion of power, the pair of Sadayo's had a set of bracers each. These were the basics. Simple techniques that allow one to swim, hide, and move the earth just with the use of their chakra. Slightly more advanced skills left her with the ideas to make the earth her own. As someone who would need to keep their distance from all opponents, the ability to hide in the earth really wasn't a bad idea. There were limitations to the "hiding in stone" skill. Sadayo would have to know where it is she's going and to have been there. There were limitations set in the dust clone technique too. This type of clone isn't arranged to do much except become a nuisance after being hit. Distractions were always a fine thing to work with when one can efficiently work with creating distractions and nothing more distracting were actual, non-chakra, earthquakes. Sadayo had no way nor desire to spark a natural earthquake. The temor technique in the borrowed text was enough for her needs. Earth element was so foreign to her despite having the element in its natural state be so familiar to her as rock and sand. For the next technique, Sadayo spent the entire time with her hand on the floor amidst focus.. She sought to feel out the slightest, stronger, vibrations on the floor this foundation could pick up on. Sadayo stood up, shook off dirt from her wrists and dismissed the earthen clone. It was a wonder how none of the sand had gotten under her nails, nothing she wasnβt unfamiliar with but it was a slight surprise. Her practice must have been fairly clean since she was inside. ----Genjutsu Training ---
She was feeling inspired and truly wanted to learn more before she could be tied to a tender footed underling and the sand and dirt really got her thinking. There was an illusion her sights have read over once before and she hurried to return the earth scroll to find a suitable genjutsu scroll to begin. I still have to refine my puppetry and break myself into hand-to-hand otherwise Iβd look like a complete squab to whatever green-leaf She pits me with. Hm. Squab.
The illusion was lasting and enduring enough to spread to even this island, she thought as she read over three her heart began to sing for. Good timing to be thinking about puppetry, there was an illusion that mocks her trade and does so in way to visually tease an opponent into a transformation beyond their will.
The second sang true of sandy terrain and cacti. Cacti, mostly. All someone would have to do is dare to touch Sadayo to spring the illusion and her creative touches and the brain should take care of the rest. The world was full of innate abilities, it wasnβt too obvious the illusion could be an illusion with that thought in mind, right? The third illusion Sadayo had her sights was was all about sight, it seemed. With the knowledge gained from the text (and practice provided by passing students who commented on a large glittery beetle Sadayo turned her training puppet into) that a nearby object could be βchangedβ, if for just a little while, into something else. { Illusory - Kokohi no Jutsu [ False Place Technique | Rank C / Dokuji no Gisou [ Camouflage of the Peculiar ] Rank: D}
Sadayo would return the genjutsu scroll and rest. She had the mindset to continue invest herself in learning, improving, all the while awaiting the rest of her assignment to be fulfilled. She took a scroll out of her supply bag and thumbed the paper's edge enough not to disturb the seal inside. Her thoughts busy on ideas as she stared at the paper roll that has been torn and rewritten on again and again to renew the holdings of the same puppet. Sadayo gave in. The girl opened the scroll to summon YΕ«utsu and locked energy on the artificial form. -----Formless Studies------
Practice with her puppet, a real puppet slated for battle, felt refreshing but less invigorating than combat. She swung YΕ«utsuβs arms and flung its body forward in a dive while unwinding its mouth. YΕ«utsuβs mouth ticked open and, as if packed with tension, allowed the dollβs mouth to snap shut as par its design. The tight clunk of metal snapping together. The arms being released and allowed to fly a few feet forward. The sound of metal scraping on the floor was likeβ¦ a gritty ditty about destruction. {Innate Puppet Formless A & S}
But Sadayo stopped and mulled over that thought about destruction. She wouldnβt want to bring about destruction of buildings rather bring doom to her attackers. One truth came to mind: without her puppets Sadayoβs ability to avoid doom and destruction would be fruitless as she currently stood and much like the βsquabsβ that she would be meeting, under trained. The puppeteer dismissed her doll and created an earth clone to challenge her.
She was beginning to feel the toll on her prior training but wasnβt ready to stop yet. The clone winced at the thought of what it was present to do but carried on with making the first strike. A landed hit on Sadayoβs shoulder. The real Sadayo then plainly yelled at her clone about not being ready and raised her arms to attemptβ¦. Taijutsu. Real Sadayo then tried to move back, as if to dodge another swing (that wasnβt coming) {Formless Soft Physical C/D}
The clone shouted back βI wasnβt going to hit you yet!β βI donβt care! Youβre still going to hit me!β βDuck, SQUAB!β The clone ordered Sadayo to dunk out of way of the actual incoming swing. She did. But the roundhouse kick wasnβt as easy to dodge. βBlock!β The real Sadayo grumbled in her attempt to block and endure the kick. The thought of taking orders from a clone that knew as much hand-to-hand as she did. All Sadayoβs done up to this point was bare basics and watching others wear themselves out. {Formless, Soft Physical A/B}
βCβmon cβmon.β The clone said. She knew that senseless cheering-ons worked when the topic was hokey-pokey hand-to-hand practice. It made the real Sadayo angry and more willing to silence the clone through just that, hand to hand. {Formless, Soft Physical S}
βThink genius, think!β Her clone continued and began to taunt her know. Think. Think about how to do what? Dodge? Move? React in a timely a** manner?! The puppeteer hadnβt put a punch on the clone heavy enough to reduce it to rubble. It kept moving. It kept pissing her off and therefore, Sadayo stopped as the clone hopped in place. {Formless, Soft Mental, C/D}
What could she do to throw the clone off? Her strength needed work and there wasnβt a way for her to really punch and crack rock with her fists alone. She squinted, inadvertently made βa faceβ and studied the βstupidβ pattern the βstupidβ clone created. The clone tried again for another punch but Real-Sadayo effectively managed to dodge that time. What upper hand did she hand in close quarters? {Soft Mental. B/A}
Nothing! Not a thing came to mind for Sadayo about hand-to-hand to counter this βstupidβ clones behavior. She could do something she felt very well at and this idea felt like her best choice. Sadayo began to mimic the clone and started to engage its interest and hope. Instead of launching a punch of her own, Sadayo whipped her arm around to grab the first scroll from her bag and hurled it out in front of her. This was her means to overwhelm the clone. Toss a puppet of it. A wood-iron samurai puppet.{Soft Mental, S} The clone squawked with defeat and broke under the impact from being hit by Niramiβs arrival. All the while, the real-Sadayo began to laughβ¦ but low.
Maru/Fuuin Study
The real Sadayo won, dismissed Nirami, and went back to work. Boy, she was feeling the work sheβs was putting in. As she unrolled a different scroll she thought about how a nap would be needed soon. A scroll primarily about all the fuuin she could fathom right now. She was already caught up with her kaifu and funyu trainings. Sadayo was very proud of her modest studies in the subject. She reviewed a technique that she recalled was used by Kyomei and a couple others that struck her interest. The puppeteer felt a little special being able to use something that only those with special training could take with them. The feeling began to dwindle as she continued with her lessons. She seemed to βclickβ with a technique that embraced her hair, siphoning others chakra was tricky but would come easier with performance, and a protection seal of some sorts could save her puppets one day. The scroll vanished in her hand with the puppet coming into plain and the girl crawled in through an entryway. Once inside it was off to sleep. The large pangolin puppet was on the floor, legs hidden, head at rest against the floor, and tail listless. Good night

Chie's revelation to Sumiko left her speechless for a moment. What had happened to Sanae? Why was Chie now Uzukage? The upper workings of the village were still a mystery to Sumiko but this all seemed very sudden. And now Chie was talking about promoting Sumiko. She could barely teach one student currently, and now she was going to have to take on a class all her own? Sumiko leaned up against the wall trying to process everything that had just happened in such a short period of time. In this moment, Chie would get to glimpse a Sumiko not often seen. Sumiko's body tensed up as her face was marked with intense concentration. As they stood in silence, Sumiko was thinking out dozens of plans and futures, charting her own future before she could give Chie an answer. After several minutes, Sumiko looked at Chie and nodded to her. Her stance relaxed and her face softened as she returned to her usual carefree demeanor. "I'd be happy to take over here in the Academy, but you better not forget about me in here. I'm a kunoichi first and a teacher second."

The clone watched was marked curiosity as Mariko attempted to summon up her chakra. It took a moment for Mariko to figure out how to use the paper, but that was to be expected from someone that had never used their own chakra before. The clone smiled and laughed under it's breath as Mariko's eyes grew wide with excitement. It also seemed that Mariko had a good memory. "You are correct," the clone said. "Since the paper split in half and also crumbled, you have access to Raiton and Fuuton. In addition to elemental jutsu, there are also what are called Maruton techniques. These don't require any element and are usually some of the most basic techniques." The clone stood up and took several steps back from the desk where Mariko was sitting. "For example, one of the techniques you need to learn to graduate is the the Bunshin. This is literally a clone made up of chakra." The clone formed a single handseal and created a clone that appeared in a puff of smoke next to it. After a few moments, the new clone dissappated into a cloud of smoke. "The basic clone can't really take a hit or fight for you, but it can be an excellent distraction." The shadow clone returned to the desk, taking a seat.
"Before you learn those techniques though, I think you should practice on drawing up your chakra. It will be similar to how you used your chakra on the paper."

Chie waited a moment for Sumiko to gather herself. She recognized that she dropped a lot of exposition of important quality upon her all at one point. However, she was relieved when the girl accepted the mantle. She did smirk, however, when Sumiko stated that she will consider her first, and a teacher second. "I have no intentions of leaving you alone. In addition to this clone, I also... commandeered an Uzushiogakure ninja to further assist in the hospital. You should be able to recognize her on sight and, since you are the main academy teacher here, she will be under your guidance until you deem she can return to the proper ninja world." She said whimsically. Her arms folded as he face became stern. "One illusion I must disenchant you of, however, is the notion that being a kunoichi and a teacher a.re two paths of parallel purposes. Even if you are a teacher here, you are still a village ninja. You have all of the freedoms other village ninja have. However, just as I will find purposes and missions for all of my citizens, your mission will be the academic success of the children." Chie lowered her guard as she smiled warmly. "So suit up! Because it's time to start changing the world." She said as she turned away. Her hands went into her pocket as she moved onward to the principal's office of the academy. That seemed as good of a place as any to set up a base of operations.

The limitations of this are as such. First of all, the technique works passively only up to one rank below Chie's current Korabo level. This means that if Chie's Korabo level is A-ranked then it can only be used at a B-ranked potential, which means that Chie can only Korabo two B-ranked techniques to use the korabo skill at A-ranked. This assures that this benefit does not allow the user to passively perform techniques one rank higher than they can usually. Second of all, this technique only applies when Chie korabo's with herself. If she korabos with an ally or a clone then this benefit is non-applicable. Finally, an additional charge of 10 chakra per rank of the final product technique is required to be paid. So if the user Korabo two B-ranked techniques, (the user must also pay for each individual skill), then the final technique would be an A-ranked skill, and thus would cost 50 more chakra to perform this way. Overall this technique's only purpose is to make Chie more cool by utilizing all of her elements and having them combine into super cool ways like a wizard should. _β Hidden Mist Vision ___β Sees clearly during hidden mist technique, or mist in general. _β Fire Resistance Training ___β Negates harm from own fire ninjutsu _β True Belief ___β The user has meditated and trained long enough in this monk art to understand how important true belief is. If this Style is being learned as a rigorous Style, the user gains the ability to use Somersault to evade once per post without it consuming an activation, but only against opponents whose body rank is at or lower than the userβs.
