What if I want to battle someone, but I know I can't beat any of the elites. Can I battle grunts with random grunt level pokemon controlled by someone else? I think that would be a good way for new trainers to contribute(I say this because at the moment my trainer only has one pokemon)

At this rate, I'm starting to think I'm gonna have to go the random wild Abra route too if I want my character to be able to participate in the chapter event before it gets to, like, the last Real Time day or two before it's over... X _ X On the other hand, that could possibly lead to an amusing (from my point of view, at least) entrance to the scene.

You don't do something like that without having having a much bigger prize hiding somewhere. Besides, Mew isn't even the main reason I want Nicolas to get his hind end over there... Though, admittedly, that has more to do with a fangirl grudge concerning a different series than anything else. Saving Mew would just be Nick's excuse for going there is all. Edit: Yes, I will admit that my fangirl grudge reason is silly and childish, but at least that's only an RPer reason as opposed to a character reason.

Woo first post ;-;
Now to get my a** over to Route 209...unless I decide to get some actual freaking Pokemon first and then participate in a later arc...
If anyone needs help getting somewhere i'll be hoping around regions, perhaps going to Hoenn first. I don't mind having a battle or two, though i'm primarily on the hunt for some Pokemon. (Curse me and making a bio that fails to incorporate more Pokemon into it. At least it makes things much more of a challenge ~)
