"Come on, darlin', ya can't fall asleep just yet," Irvine said, a bit desperately. He had Exeter out, just in case, and if Samara fell asleep, he might drop her. Glancing around, he was infinately glad that Neo and Katana had moved elsewhere. He landed gently on the balcony and slung the gun over his shoulder once more.

"Stupid cowboy," Samara muttered, tightening her arms around his neck to keep holding on. "Where you takin' me?" she questioned as they walked inside.

"Mah room. Ah told yer sister ta wait there," Irvine explained as he nudged open his bedroom door with a booted foot. He couldn't help the grin that emerged when he saw the Deejarne asleep on his bed. "Y'all stay here," he instructed, setting Samara down beside Kamaria. "And Ah mean it. Don't move. Ah'ma go check on Ryuuja."

"Kamaria?" Samara gently touched her sister's shoulder. When her eyes opened, Samara smiled. "Are you okay?"

Kamaria froze for a second before enveloping her sister in a giant hug. "Am I okay!? You vanish before my eyes, have to be dragged back here by Irvine and then you ask if I'm okay!?" she asked, incredulously. Then she laughed, not letting go of Samara and not caring that she was crying as well. "Yes, I'm fine. Tired, but fine. Are you all right?"

Samara smiled and buried her face in her sister's long hair. "I suppose. I'm tired too... Maybe we should go to sleep..."

"Yeah," Kamaria released her sister and lay down on the bed. "I suppose we're sleeping here, since Irvine told us not to move..." As she shifted further up on the bed, Kamaria winced. "And I can kinda see why. I'm exhausted..."

"Yeah..." Samara yawned and curled up next to her sister. "Sorry I made you worry," she whispered as she fell asleep.

Irvine sighed and flicked his bangs out of his face as he gently knocked on Greed's bedroom door. This was certainly not how he had imagined spending the day-turned-night.

Greed nudged open the door and looked at the obviously exhausted cowboy. "You okay, Irvine?" he wondered, pushing the door all the way open and inviting the Deejarne inside.

"Exhausted. But how's Ryuuja?"Irvine walked up to the little blue Nightmare and gently brushed his hair out of his eyes. Although he wasn't interested in either Greed or his son, Irvine did care about them.

"Do ya wanna know in a general sense, or specifically what happened?" Irvine asked, climbing on the bed and leaning against the headboard. Either way, it was going to be a long explanation and he wanted to be comfortable for it.

"All right..." Irvine took off his hat and set it beside him. "Ah think Kalikai managed to somehow hypnotize Samara and control her. Then they both attacked some Dreams at the shop, but Ah shot Kalikai in the shoulder and he ran off. Samara fainted and Ah brought her back here... Ah dunno what's wrong with Kalikai, but Ah think Plushi does..."
