[ Jam-jam: } Erm... I'm kinda confused. This is a technique that makes the user more agile, correct? Yes, I'll clarify: When the chakra leaks into the bloodsteam it expands the arteries and bloodflow is tripled. Allowing the user to react and evade faster.

[ Anbu: } It could maybe be a momentary burst technique, but unless you're willing to really bend, something like that should've been an attribute on your character during creation.

Character: Zetsu Uchiha Technique Name: Depth of hell Rank: B Type:Genjutsu Description: Once the user preforms the needed handsigns and fire jutsu that can be visably seen activates its effect. After activation the person caught in the genjutsu would become surrounded by fire as the user seems to be lauching off fire juts's one after another. As the illusion continues the person trapped inside the genjutsu will find out that none of his jutsu's work to negate the fire as they begin to feel and extreme heat overcoming them. While all this is happening the user will just hit his oppenent with what ever attack they wanted. However nothing abouve a c rank attack ore the genjutsu is cut off. Lasts a total of three posts
Character: Zetsu Uchiha Technique Name: Fists of hell Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Fire Description: The user preforms one hand sign as fire rushes to both of his fist. As the fire surrounds his fist the user can choose one of two ways to release the energy. Either by a close range double puch attack or a long range attack to where the fire takes on the apperance of two dragons that charge straight for the oppenent. If either attack land the damage would be concider second degree burns as well as possibly disabling a limb if both hits hit just that one limb. Can also be a kill shot if placed in the correct place
Character: Zetsu Uchiha Technique Name: Flow with the wind Rank: A Type: Taijutsu Description: After preforming the need handsigns the user would coat his entire body with chakra greatly increasing his speed and strength. The user will be in a shell protecting them from most Ninjutsu attacks (C rank or lower) as well as making it harder for them to be seen. Can only use twice in battle after first use the user is fatigue and after the second use results in exhaustion. Lasts five posts.

Character: Flou Uwa Technique Name: Air Purifier Technique Rank: C Type: Eiseijutsu Element: N/A Description: The user will create a current of air in his or her hands then put them together making it into a stronger current. It will then be placed over the mouth and the eyes to stop any Airborne techniques from effecting the user. EX: Laughing Gas technique. The technique is practically a air supply that will purify the air as he/she breathes. For Genin it lasts 2 Posts, Chuunin 3 posts, Jounin 5 posts, and so on is +1.
Character: Flou Uwa Technique Name: Chakra Cushion Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu/Taijutsu Element: Maruton Description: Chakra Cushion - Chakra is released onto the hands and is condensed into it. It is used as a defensive skill, but can be also offensive if the opponent is close enough. Some think it as a half of a rasengan almost as it spins but is also blasting outwards. The best way to describe it is as a jet engine, if you are far away from it you'll feel only a gust, the closer you get to the actual release point, the stronger it is. On the other hand it will also push back most Ninjutsu skills that are projectile based. Taijutsu user's may be blown away easily by this technique.

Character: James Cameron Poe Technique Name: Ice Valkyrie Rank: im thinking C Type: bloodline/ Ninjutsu Element: Wind, Water Description: Using his Hyouton ice, James constructs a long tube with a end chamber, and also a magnifying(10x magnification) concave lens connected together and aligned to a single point 100 meters away. James then forms a half inch ice sickle made of slightly softer ice at the end of the tube inside the chamber. Using wind jutsu James sends a massive air pressure blast through the chamber and tube. This launches the ice sickle down the almost frictionless fitted tube at high speeds around 3000 fps. feeling the wind, and other things such as air pressure James can accurately place this devastating projectile at 600 meters. wounds done at closer ranges are obviously more lethal, but even at long range the sickle is equivalent to a sword thrust from a large man. capable of blowing through an unarmored opponent.

Aheh... that's basically a reworking of the sniper weapon they created for the Naruto universe. ' '; I'd have to say something like that would be B rank. With that adaption, approved.
( Also, just wanna point out that the Hyouton signature was updated on its post, if you're interested. )

On the inside it disrupts the opponents chakra system, making it very painful for their opponent to summon chakra to carry out their own jutsu. The more times she is able to 'stab' you, the more painful it becomes. [every additional time she uses it after the initial is 10 chakra points each use]

Character: Jae Ketsueki Technique Name: Blood drop shot Rank: D Type: Bloodline [Saiketsu] + Element Element: Fuuton Description: Jae collects small drops of blood in her palm, crystallizing them once they the size of large BB. Tossing them into the air, she pelts them at her opponent in large amounts, guiding the BB sized crystallized drops with her Fuuton element. They are sharp enough to cut up clothing and knick the skin but for the most part they are not lethal. She uses this technique to wear out her opponent or distract them.
