He sat up and stared after her, then his door closed. When she came to see him in the morning, the tray would be on the floor, and he'd be thrashing around in bed, having a night mare of sorts.

Sera kneeled by the edge of the bed, "Teoni! Wake up! It's just a dream. Teoni?"

He awoke with a silent gasp and stared at her wide eyed, unblinking for a whole minute. Then he sat up and grabbed her arm, clinging to it. she could feel his heart racing hard, pounding strongly enough that it almost seemed like two hearts were in there competing for volume.

"Shh...it was only a dream. Nothing real to it." She scooted up on the edge of the bed and hugged him to her. "See? Everything's ok."

She shook her head and scooted him along with her back to the head of the bed, so that she could rest her back there while he slept. She stroked his hair out of his face and leaned her head back against the wall, drifting off to sleep herself.
