I don't know but listening to My Chemical Romance and David Bowie not to mention reading good books like Good Omens, Archangel, Fellowship of the Ring and Pride and Prejudice is helping but when I am not doing those things I get anxious and sad. Oh yeah I am also happy while I am watching Lost but thats it pretty much.
