I thought it was more like Senbon Zakura. . . since that is where I ripped it off from do you think moulin rouge's a bit cheap? depends. . . if it stays active constantly than yes, it is kind of cheap because they can never touch the chakra. . . if you activate it for a set number of turns each time than it is fine. . . and yes, I have seen much worse
