It's a movie worth seeing once or twice.
Has some cool scenes, some cool lines, but for the most part it's a fad that will fade when the next "oh so cool" movie with a lot of fight scenes comes out.

Yeah, the movie kicks a**; but it's not going to be remembered all that well.
Though the story of the event will be timeless. Personally I'm preferring Gates of Fire to it, lot more entertaining and with some interesting facts on the Spartans.
