I am now the Guild Master of the Fighters Guild in Oblivion. I finally get paid for doing nothing! I just give orders, and they give me stuff. That rocks. Anyway, I'm now working on the mages guild. Problem being, I'm not a mage.

Real money in the game! If it got me real money, I would put alot of it toward those 5 or so downloads I want to get for the extra dungeons and armor.

Mhmm.... THat'd be bad a** if it was real life money though. In Ragnarok, I was once offered a ro money (Zeny) offer for helping to run a guild, but because at that time I didnt need any Zeny, I declined.

See I'm saving up for a three story house in Oblivion, that justs so happenes to be right next to the Guild Hall. I need the money for it. I think it was 20,000. I have around 3000. I need to do the arena for another 6k. Then hopefully I make some money off of the mages guild. Then again, I have a savings of many enchanted weapons and armor that would sell of over 100,000 septims (Tamriel currency). My only problem with Oblivion is that I cant steal houses. In Morrowind you could pick a lock, walk in, murder the occupants and owner and basicly own the house. They made it so you have to buy them in Oblivion. I already have a hou- a hovel, but that doesnt have enough storage space for my stuff.
