Psychofish I would think that would depend on when he got the samples to make them, how mature he wanted them to be for use, and how much the person who came up with this all even thinks about this kind of stuff. *points to Dolly* Because it's cloning. Making a copy of another thing. The saying "Nothing like the original" is there for a reason. Even in something like say a Xerox machine is not going to make perfect copies, they are always going to be slighty deterioted from the original. And in the case of direct cloning, they are going to be the same age as the original, which means, even though they are phsycially perfect, clones have shorter telomeres than other animals of the same age. Which even though a 'clone' has been around only say 6 months, it has all the disablities and liabities of an 'original' who was 6 years when cloned, acting as if it was indeed 6 years and 6 months instead of 6 months. Telomeres are pieces of DNA that protect the ends of chromosomes. They shorten as cells divide and are therefore considered a measure of ageing in cells.

This is true of the telomeres normally, but the fact is, this is Gaia. I mean, how many species are there that stop aging/age extremely slowly? Or people who have that despite being a normal specie? How about the use of magic or technology to potentially edit the extracted DNA to relengthen the telomeres before the cloning?
It mainly depends on the player carrying it out, how something works.

Tosses in another topic change.
Fish was telling me about some smaller mechs based around squad level tactics. Wonder if that would fly or not?

The taint of disgrace will follow her to her grave. Future generations will revile her. In America, as a despicable traitor with no sense of honor. And in Russia, as a monster who unleashed a nuclear catastrophe. She will go down in official history as a war criminal. And no one will ever understand her. That... was her final mission. And like a true soldier, she saw it through the end. But I think she wanted you of all people to know the truth. She wanted to live on in your memory. Not as a soldier, but as a woman. But she was forbidden to tell you herself. And that's why she told me. Snake, history will never know what she did. No one will ever learn the truth. Her story... her debriefing... will endure only in your heart. Everything she did, she did for her country. She sacrificed her life and her honor for her native land. She was a real hero.
She was a true patriot.

Nihilistic_Impact Tosses in another topic change. Fish was telling me about some smaller mechs based around squad level tactics. Wonder if that would fly or not? Depends on what you're talking about. Care to clarify that a little more? I'd be glad to help you however I can.

Yeah, with Front Mission in mind. Specifically 4, though I've played 3.
I just would prefer the smaller mechs in groups as opposed to playing a big Gundam/Evangelion Unit/something if I ever bothered joining into the mech thing I think was going on here somewhere.

Once more, I need more clarity.
Size, number, armament, speed, armor, stuff like that. Gimme some statistics to work with.
