"Can we go to the Johto part of the Safari Zone? I really want a houndour."

*Not seeing Cody fallow, Ike continues on. Pichu and ran ahead and poked its head threw some bushes. He then quickly backed up and started pointing at the bushes, trying to get Ike's attention*
Ike: What is it?
Pichu: Pichu pi! *Goes back and peers through the bushes*
Ike: *Walks up to the group of bushes and looks over them, spotting a Hoothoot picking at a collection of wild berries* Ready Pichu?
Pichu: *had already ran through the bushes and had challeneged the Hoothoot to a battle*
Hoothoot: *Sees the Pichu and thinks it's here to steal its food.* Hoo! Hoo! *Starts flapping its wings in defence, sending a gust of wind at Pichu.*
Pichu: *Rolls backword, not being able to stand up against the wind*
Ike: *Jumps over the bushes after the winds had passed* Alright Pichu, go for a tackle!
Pichu: *Got down on all fours and started charging at Hoothoot. Pichu had gained courage from somewhere over night, because when it made contact with the owl-like pokemon, the Hoothoot felt it. It was a full-blown Headbutt*
Ike: Good job, Pichu!
Hoothoot: *Takes flight and lands on a tree branch. It then starts picking leafs with its beak and spins them at Pichu*
Ike: *Clenches his fists in surprise* That's clever! Pichu, look out!
Pichu: *Tries to dodge the incoming leafs, but is hit by three of them. Pichu gets back up to its feet, angry*
Ike: Keep calm Pichu! Ya can't reach the Hoothoot by a physical attack, so try using thunderbolt!
Pichu: Pi-CHU! *Releases a small, yet effective bolt of electricity at the Hoothoot, knocking it out of the tree and on to the ground. It staggered up to its feet*

*Before Pichu went in for the finishing headbutt, Ike stopped him and let the hoothoot fly away*
Pichu: *Struggles out of Ike's hold and looks angerly back at him*
Ike: *Stands up* You did fine Pichu. You would have had that Hoothoot beat. But it never posed a threat to us, so we should let it be.
Pichu: *Relaxes himself and puts a finger up to his mouth, confused*
Ike: *Smiles* Hey, you produced a Thundershock! That's a good electric-type move.
Pichu: *Jumps up and down, proud of himself*
Ike: Come on, let's go find Cody.

*Pichu climbs up on Ike's shoulder and they go searching for their fellow Aqua Member*

*I poke into HQ for a moment*

Has anyone seen Shuppet or Phione around here? Shuppet has something of mine. Phione tried to chase him down, but now I've lost track of both of them.

*paces around the base*

Shuppet comes darting in above everyone's heads. Phione enters too, but looking tired and frustrated. Shuppet turns around and taunts the young water-type.

"There he is!" I exclaim.

Shuppet realizes I'm here and tries to fly away again.

The Psybeam succeeds in startling Shuppet, who drops the thing he was carrying. (It flutters to the ground) While Shuppet is temporarily immobilized, I manage to return him to his ball. Meanwhile, Phione goes to retrieve my item.

"Thanks Brian, Mode, Phione," I acknowledge in turn.
"Phiii~" Phione hands me back the thing, but anyone who was close enough to where it landed may have seen what it was.

*My TADS' alarm goes off*
Me: Its that late already, I'll be back a tiny bit later.
*I head out the front*
