RP: Storm Clouds on the Horizon
OK, there are literally storm clouds on the horizon. Weird thing is, by all accounts today was suppose to be a cloud free day. Time to check it out.

As the boat reached the cliff-side of Full Moon Island, Ike and Marty jumped out of the raft and watched it deflated due to a sharp rock. Marty spat at the boat and looked up the not-so-tall but steep cliff.
"Well, this is it." he said, beginning his ascend to the top. Ike stood at the bottom though and looked around. This island did have a certain quality that told him this was the right place.
As Marty reached the top, he struggled to pull him up the last few feet over the edge. Exhausted and out of breath, he turned around to look down the cliff back at Ike. Ike, though, was no where to be scene.
"Ike?" called out Marty. Ike suddenly landed behind him after jumping off Lugia whom gave him a lift. "... Could of helped me ya know..." mumbled Marty as Ike called Lugia back to his ball.
Ike studied the island from atop the short cliff. It was basically covered with trees, but seemed to radiate a clear, saintly feeling.
"Well uh... this is it alright." said Marty. He was anticipating on Ike to start to wonder into the forest, but Ike only stared back at him.
"Now where do we go?" he asked. Marty peered into the woods. "...This is the right place, right?"
"O'course it is! I've just never been here, that's all." said Marty. Ike slumped down to the ground to sit down. He pulled out Jirachi's ball took a deep sigh. "I think Jirachi can take it from here." Ike said as he called Jirachi out of its ball. Jirachi stayed floating in the air and opened its eyes, looking around. It seemed to be doing better from its injuries. Ike stood back up.
"Well Jirachi... I guess this is it." said Ike slowly. Marty turned around and walked alongside the cliff, giving them a moment.
Jirachi tilted its head at Ike.
"You have to go back to sleep, Jirachi. It's just... the way of things." he said again, sadness filling his mind. Jirachi floated over to him and hugged him for comfort. Jirachi knew that it had to return to its slumber. When it came down to it, they both thought they could beat the universe. With Jirachi's last bit of energy, it filled Ike's head with all the memories they had together. When they first met. Jirachi playing keep-away with Scizor. It sleeping on Ike's pillow as Ike was going over mission reports. The memories kept on coming.
"Thanks for everything Jirachi. You've been a really great friend." stated Ike as Jirachi backed off. Jirachi was smiling for the first time in months.
"Have fun with your next friend in the future Jirachi! I'll never forget you." said Ike. Jirachi suddenly started to glow. It raised in the air and like a rocketship blasting off, it fired itself into the sky and back into the forest. That was the last Ike every saw of Jirachi.
Ike turned and walked to catch up with Marty.
"You seem to be taking this well." claimed Marty. Ike was walking along with a grin on his face.
"You know me." said Ike.
