As Razz was walking through the hallways, he came across a lost-looking boy and his dog. "Need some help?"

Lute looked to the voice and smiled nervously. "Yeah... I seem to have gotten a little lost..."

"Well, which way are you heading?" Razz asked, coming closer to the boy and glancing down at his dog with a frown. Weren't pets not allowed?

Lute rifled around in one of his pockets and pulled out a paper, giving it to Razz. "I was headed to my room, but the map got me all turned around."

Razz took the map, looking down at it and tilting his head a little. "It looks like you're gonna want to take a left up at the next curve, then you'll be the third door on the right," he told the other boy.

Lute smiled and nodded some, remembering the directions. "Thanks. Can I ask your name?" the blind asked, wanting to put a name to the voice.

Razz smiled and nodded to Lute in recognition. "Rasmus. But almost everyone calls me Razz. You?"

Lute nodded, mentally labeling the sound he was hearing as Razz's voice. "My name's Lute." he said, returning a smile. "Hey. I know we've just met. but can I ask something of you?"

Razz had been about to turn to go to his own room, but he looked back to Lute. "Sure, I guess. Always glad to help."

Lute sighed a little. "You sound like a nice guy. I was wondering if I could trust you o keep a secret for me. Someone has to know so maybe I could get some help once in a while." he said, pulling his hood back. He then moved his bangs out of his face, revealing fine scars over his eyes, the eyes blank of color except for a faint ring of faded color his iris used to be. "I'm blind you see."

Razz crossed his arms as he listened, a little confused as Lute asked him to keep a secret... And then mentioned the whole somebody has to know. He was almost expecting Lute to confess to murder. However, when Razz saw the obviously blind eyes, his eyebrows shot up. "Well, no wonder the map didn't help you," was the only thing Razz could think to say."

Lute nodded some and pulled his hood back up, adjusting his hair so it covered his eyes to hide them from anyone else. "Indeed. I had train Apollo here to read maps, but there weren't any landmarks and we are quite new here. So he got rather turned around." the boy said, gesturing to the dog who stood at his side.

Razz nodded, glancing from Lute to Apollo at the reference. "Well, I'm really sorry to hear that. At least you've got your dog, though," he said, feeling awkward and unsure of what to say. He knew that occasionally there were handicapped students at the school, but he'd never actually known any of them personally.

Lute smiled some and shrugged. "I am hoping to make more friends during my stay. Have a good day Razz." he said before looking to the dog, giving the command to seek out their destination.

Razz blinked for a few moments after Lute left, but just shook his head and headed to his own dorm, going inside and falling down on his bed.
Chloe got up from the table and held out a hand to Yumi. "C'mon, I'm tired."
