Chloe smiled a little and nodded, scanning the room for a moment as though looking for them. She wasn't really, but she just wanted to make sure. She was sure she was going to get them back herself once she saw them again...

Lute enjoyed his meal, not 'noticing' her surveying the room. He soon finished his pasta and smiled, sighing contently. "That was delicious."

Chloe tapped her fingers on the table, looking around now. She felt awkward sitting there with Lute, without knowing anything about him...

Lute glanced down at the noise of her fingers tapping on the table. It was a sound he could focus on since the rest of the room was rather hushed.

Chloe, not paying attention anymore, continued to tap her fingers on the table, over imaginary violin strings. She would hold notes in her mind, leaving her fingers still for a moment, before moving on.

Chloe stopped her tapping, startled, and looked up at Lute. "Um, yes. I play a few other instruments, too, but violin is my favorite."
