His icy blues turned deep and they almost seemed to sink into the back of his head. He was feeling strange, not really sure of himself or why he was feeling such a way. Perhaps it was an omen of unfortunate happenings, maybe it was unaccustomed body adjusting to the way he was now. Maybe it was breakfast. Whatever the cause he wasn't feeling chipper as usual, and couldn't bring his usual smile to his lips. "One must first have reason to smile to make it happen." Musica may have not known what he was feeling, but his yang did.
Hovering not far from the scene, Nikolaus watched them all with a grin plastered across his transparent face. All the bad emotion he felt was feeding his strength and power. Whenever he felt good emotion he suppressed it best he could, but failed when it came to the pair on the stage holding each other. Their passion pushed his efforts back, so he kept his distance so the good emotion wouldn't taint his growing power. All he had to do was cause more negative emotion, and he could continue to grow in strength.

Ari's own smile faded a bit. She was feeling a little gloomy for some reason... that wouldn't do! She spun around like a ballerina, and then bent backwards, pulling the most ridiculous expression onto her face that she could think of. "Smmmmmmmmmmmile!" she trilled, laughing like a maniac.

Nessa cracked a smile, and then laughed at her friend's face. She looked utterly ridiculous!

Nikolaus didn't appreciate their good humor. Not in the least. He saw his body begin to crack a slight smile and the spirit cringed. It was time for desperate measures. Possessing the body of the woman, which he didn't enjoy, Suki began walking over to Musica and wrapped her slender arms around his waist. "Hello my love, why don't we go ahead and make our way to my home? I'm getting really bored." Trying his best not to cringe on ever syllable he made the woman's lips curve into a seductive grin. Musica looked down at her with his continuous darkened expression. And then the body of Suki smiled, and Musica's eyes flashed briefly.

Ari's breathing increased, and her heart picked up. It wasn't the fact that this woman was hanging off Musica... but the fact that she felt wrong. Something inside her flared up, and her new found sight wavered. 'What the hell?!' she wondered, looking at the woman with a dark expression.

Musica then put on a fake smile, putting his arms around her loosely. "Well that'll be fine....." Then he placed his palm on Suki's forehead and pushed with all his might. Not only did it knock her over but his yang was pushed from the body. ".....as soon as the filth is pushed from your body!" Musica growled out as he saw the spirit, now knowing the reason of the cause of his sadness. The spirit was angry, and could be seen in the red haze of his aura.
Suki's body hit the floor out cold, she wasn't dead by any means. Nikolaus looked around seeing he had no real options at this point. Swiftly the ghost moved away from the vicinity into hiding. His aura was untraceable. Being too much for Musica he began walking over to the back room of the cafe, he needed to sit down for a while.
"Tyler, Sam, could you two stay out front for me? I need a moment." The children reluctantly went over on their own to a table on the far side of the room. Musica said nothing to Nessa or Ari, he wanted them to follow. They'd probably have at least something to ask him.
((Wanted to keep this kinda short and move them away from Ever and Ares to prevent confusion. ))

Nessa gave Ari a little push, and Ari walked over to stand behind Musica, her hands on his shoulders. "Are... are you ok?" she asked, gently massaging his shoulders. She didn't mean for the gesture to be romantic, nor possessive... she merely sought to let him know she was there if he needed to talk. Ari had seen what was probably Nikolaus flee the woman's body, and she shivered. She would trust her gut from now on...

His hands were over his eyes as the bad emotion left his body. Still there was an aching there, but from what? Perhaps his body was unstable without his other half, who knew? The muscles of his shoulders were tense and it would take more than a gentle massage to work them out. Sweat was on his face from the incident. It wasn't that he'd exerted himself at all, but just being so close to the yang of his soul made him feel exerted and weary. Just like when he almost lost control to Nikolaus a couple times. Maybe there was a connection? Instinctively he reached for his flask and raised it to his lips.....empty. Angrily he threw it down to the ground as he sat in a chair with his hands over his face. "I'll be fine, nothing I can't handle. Just need a little breather." His body didn't respond how he thought he would to the touch. It was almost unresponsive really, as if a stranger were touching him and not a girl he'd come to get close to over the past few days. But wait, his other self had felt her touch and known her well. Did this mean he didn't? Did the new Musica have no place for Ari Franz in his life? Perhaps Musica can only yearn for her with his yin and yang together, yet still he desired to protect her. Just didn't lust for her as much, if any really.

Ari drew her hands back as if he had slapped her. His aggression surprised her, and this personality seemed new as well. It was almost like he was a completely different person. "Oh," was all she said. She didn't have the heart to tell him her deepest, and now the darkest, secret she possessed. It frightened her, and she feared he would rebuke her more than he already seemed to be doing.

He shook his head back and forth within his hands, then raised his head up to look at the pair. "Maybe emotions aren't all their cracked up to be. Things seemed so much easier when I didn't feel, didn't fear." He felt the hands leave his body and oddly he felt empty, maybe he did need it? Bah, he didn't know what he needed or knew anymore. All he knew was he wanted some whiskey shots and to lose himself to a couple of attractive bodies. Nothing more did he desire, yet still there was something he needed and it hurt like a knife blade to the stomach.

"It'll be ok..." Ari said in a hushed tone, placing her hands hesitantly back on his shoulders. Her sickening realization made her want to curl up and die. How could this happen to her? Why her? Sighing, she gave Musica's shoulders a gentle squeeze. "Don't worry about Nik. Que sera, sera... remember?"

Nessa was leaning up against the wall, drinking in the strange actions of her friend, and her... lover of sorts. She sighed and looked away. She had honestly seen a bit more than flashed in her attack. Like it or not, Ari, Musica, and Nikolaus were now hopelessly tangled. Their futures seemed to intersect at so many points... Ari needed to beware.
Musica was going to be the death of her.

Akira had backed up slightly, somewhat relieved to hear she had been right about Nessa's attack. From the way Ari reacted and treated her American friend, the girl could tell that this had probably happened tons of times before and that Ari was very much accustomed to it, knowing exactly what to do.
Afterwards, she'd been slightly surprised by Vanessa's blood red eyes, probably a nasty side affect from the visions, but paid no mind to it; at least the prophetess was alive and kicking! Very pale, granted, but still!!! She smiled softly at Musica for handing over his energy drink or whatever the hell it was, at least he could pull off some acts of kindness, sheesh.
Now, she could only shake her head and hopelessly watch Evermore be glued to Ares, completely and utterly unaware of everything going on around her, as if everybody and everything besides them had disappeared, ugr!! Was the Fury still going on about that damn party!?
Annoyed with all this chaos and starting to get a nasty headache, Akira walked out of the club and leaned against the cool wall, taking in the fresh air and closing her eyes.
Sighing to herself, she recalled the also weirder event. Some lady had walked up to Musica, practically throwing herself at him, right in front of ARI for Kami's sake!!! And then him pushing out his evil half out of said flirtatious lady, Nik something was it...
Why had she seen it when nobody else had (that she was aware of)? Maybe because she had been there when the separation had occurred? Was sensitive to these kind of things maybe...?
Oh who cares...So i saw his stupid evil half spirit thingy, big whoop...I seriously think Ari should get away from that snobbish demi-god who thinks he knows it all...Bleh. Akira thought, before glancing back inside.
Everybody seemed occupied and busy in their own little worlds, even Kilala was busy chatting up a storm with Altan. A hint of jealously bloomed inside her when she saw how happy Evermore was with Ares; how wonderful did it feel to be held like that, she wondered, being looked at with such loving eyes and not the hideous look of harassment and abuse waiting to happen...?
Maybe i should just go home...Nobody will mind, since they're all so busy anyways...I've had enough chaos for one day...Not to mention, i so screwed it up with that guy...I shouldn't have shown him that side of me!! He probably thinks i'm a bloody freak...I really can't handle being around guys after all...What's the point in even trying anymore...I'm not meant to have that...I guess. even with those morbid thoughts flowing though her mind, the Half Dog Demon girl stayed where she was, dog ears low and tail dragging.
She glanced up at the sky, feeling very much alone and miserable thanks to her screw up. So much for a fun time...

Nessa noticed the girl exit the café, and followed her. The redness in her eyes was starting abate, which made her feel a bit better. ”Hey!” she called to the girl, waving. ”… Everyone’s pretty busy, huh?” Especially Evermore. Does she not care about anyone besides herself? she wondered, but didn’t say is out loud. The girl was glued to the guy like a fly to flypaper… and completely ignoring two HUGE events that occurred right under her nose. Sheesh.

{{And a quick question. How does Ari, or even Vanessa, know that Musica's personality has changed? I mean, they don't know him that well and they haven't spoken to each other hardly at all in this day. I mean, how would they know that about Musica's personality? Just curious. smile }}
