Quote: I was hoping to skip Idrin & Co, but was willing to accept them as possible correct answers. The other possible answers were Professor Moriarity's female companion, the Countess Regina Bartholomew, and the experimental LMH based on Dr Bashir, and a regular character on DS9- but I'd like to see if someone can jump in with his name, since I'd like to give them a fair chance. I don't watch DS9 sad

(same episode) The more I think about it, the bonus question is invalid. Harry does not "fall in love" with Maggie O'Holleran. For those keeping score Harry has fallen for: A hologram (not Maggie, Marlane), and ex-borg, the wrong twin, a memeber of an alien humanoid species, and the dearly departed.

Steel Sterling Steel Sterling Steel Sterling Ok, the other question on the table is a Voyager question. (I'll presume it actually is "fair".) So, my question will be on not-Voyager. NEW question! This is a DS9 'question'. Tell us a little about The Path to Kal-Hyah. Include a description of some of the actions taken, equipment/props used, and/or what you can and can't do. (Here's a little to remind you of it. 1) It lasts for four days. It has 6 parts. 2) It precedes Klingon weddings. 3) Miles and Julian received a vision on The Path to Kal-Hyah. If you need more than that and are a DS9 fan, shame on you.) Bonus if you can describe the vision. wink Question, prepare to be assimilated. Resistance is futile. This is the "Klingon bachelor party". Unfortunately, that means it is a test of endurance and so on. There's heat exposure, and hanging and so on, and no food. They were locked in a room with fires stoked. Sometimes Klingons had a vision (hallucinated) during it. No food for those on The Path to Kal-Hyah. (And, as Quark pointed out, taking the food away, "No REFUNDS for those on The Path to Kal-Hyah, either.") As for the vision, Miles was hanging when he told Julian of his vision. "I can see it. It's going to happen...... I'm going to kill Worf." *both chanting softly* "Kill Worf, kill Worf..." Miles was really disappointed that this was the bachelor party. He was expecting fun, not torture....

Neko-chan32981 Steel Sterling NEW question! This is for ST:TNG. Riker hated playing the song "Nightbird." Why? smile Oh, and name the musical instrument he plays. He plays the trombone and it's because he could never get the solo right. Correct! He's been trying for TEN YEARS. Apparently, the guy who played Rom was stumped on a panel when Phil Farrand (the Nitpicker) fired a trivia question asking him to name the song. I wanted to ask it here, but I thought it was just a little much. (However, when I heard the question, I heard Deanna shouting the request in my head.) Riker's flat look at Deanna when he starts the song speaks volumes. I LOVE how Frakes conveyed so much without saying a word, so often.

Steel Sterling MagnusHansen Professor Moriarty, TNG "Elementry my Dear Data" and "Ship in a Bottle." Sulivin, Voyager "Fair Heaven" but becomes self aware in "Spirit Folk." And of corse, our favorite the holographic doctor or "Doc" from the Voyager seris. All of the holograms from Voyager's "Flesh and Blood Pts.I and II" The leader of them being Idrin. I don't know if you're looking for Idrin or not, but there are a couple others, but they were made to know that they are holograms; or "isomorphic projections." I was hoping to skip Idrin & Co, but was willing to accept them as possible correct answers. The other possible answers were Professor Moriarity's female companion, the Countess Regina Bartholomew, and the experimental LMH based on Dr Bashir, and a regular character on DS9- but I'd like to see if someone can jump in with his name, since I'd like to give them a fair chance. smile and of course, you have to cater to me. Thanks, I know y'all love me whee Didn't think about teh Docter, I was thinking of purely entertainment characters, and I thought of Moriarty, but couldn't remember his name. the rest listed...no lcue what you're talking about. sweatdrop And of course, the one you're missing is Vic Fontaine, the Lounge Singer. He's apparently in a bar in Vegas sometime around the early-mid 20th Century, though access is easiest from Quarks Bar. He wqas created by "Felix", and Julian bought him in the late of the series, and became quite a popular character, befriending everyone, even Sisko(who was less than pleased with teh basis of the program and a certain ignored detil of that era). One of the greatest parts is that Vic has control over teh HoloSuite he's in, even capable of turning himself off and keeping himself off if he so chooses.

Correct. I figured someone'd feel left out if they didn't have a fair chance to mention him.
