Cole placed a gentle hand on Takara and smiled at her. He understood her mild annoyance... demi-gods were normally over confident in there ablilities... with one more gently pat on Takara's shoulder, Cole stepped away from her, spread out his demon wings and flew up to Laeadin so the he and the demi-god could speak eye to eye...
"My lost traveler... I ask that you cease your futial actions and conserve your energy. Within this realm, you are powerless. Your dark magic and diety powers will not work here. As it stands... you and I... are equal here."
Cole's smirk was upon his face as usual. It seemed he was enjoying teasing Laeadin... how often does get a chance to mock a demi-god and get away with it?

With a roar of defiance and rage clearly chiseled on his face, he burst around cole and charged for the doors, swinging them wide and flying out to try and escape this place. He flew through the doors straight into a nightmare of pink, and promptly crashed into the ground, in a coma before his face hit the rock.

Laughing to himself, Cole floated down to the floor and walked over to Laeadin's body. Motioning for Emberis to help him, the two dragged Laeadin back inside the gates and closed them once more. An amused expression was on Cole's face... in truth, he had not had this much fun in some time. Cole looked at Laeadin's form once more then looked at the guest that were gathered at the gate and smiled.
"To those of you who are new here, welcome to the pagoda, My sanctuary. Feel free to wander the grounds and if you seek a place to rest, there are abundence of rooms readily available."
Cole bowed and smiled once more to the new guests then turned his attention to Laeadin and merely waited for the demi-god to regain conscience again... his smile was still upon his face...
I can think of no more suitable punishment for you then to reside in a place where there is no suffering and where the gates are open, yet you can not escape from, oh demi-god of suffering Laeadin...
Cole thought to himself as he stood there...

Seeing this guy in armor getting freacked out over pink trees

after i got bored poking laeadin with a stick i turn my attention to Cole give a big grin then....*GLOMP*

I turn my attention to the Demi-god laying uncouncious on the floor.... Why bring him here?.... and sit next to his limp form on the floor...i think we should remove his armor and get him into a bed.... I examine his armor and then start to remove it as carefully as posible hoping he does not wake up... we don't need all hell breaking loose again... after a few feeble attempts at the arm piece I relize...It won't come off!!!...I stare in amazement at the body on the floor and yell at him...How the Hell do you bathe?!?

From within Booyfeep's arms, Cole addressed the woman trying to remove Laeadin's armor...
"Of course it won't, his armor is part of him. It's best to leave him be until he comes to. However, this may all be some time, because who knows what he'll try to do next time."
Cole looked up at Booyfeep with a smile...
"So my large friend, what brings you here to my home?"

Shaking her head, she leaned against a nearby tree as her empty eyes seemed to stare intently at the scene before her. She voiced a question to Cole to be answered when he was able, "So should someone keep watch till he does wake?..."

I turn around and view the scene behind me and at all the people gathered... so many powerful people... and I gulp audibly....well, I guess I am not needed here I suppose I will just travel on and leave the demi-god in your capable.... and powerful...hands...I get up off the floor and start to head for the gates.... while feeling like an ant being surrounded by spiders... I get halfway there and the pulling force in the pit of my stomach returns but with more force... I turn and look at the demi-god.... anger upon my face.... didn't that dark haired man say we were all equal here?....I stomp over the the demi-god pull out my quarterstaff and procede to hit him with it untill the anger resides.... i plop down next to him again and sigh...I'll take first watch.

Takara intervened once the first blow reached her ears, her own hardwood staff quickly coming out and catching the other girl's staff before she could hit the demi-god once more. Her sightless blue eyes stared at the girl, as though she could see her with a sight that was other than physical. She softly spoke, her voice gentle, yet firm.
"Hitting him while he's asleep will serve no purpose...If you do feel such anger towards him, perhaps it may help to take a walk to cool off..."

Slowly, laeadin opened his eyes and viewed the scene around him. He was back inside the pagoda, laying on his back. It didnt take long for him to put 2 and 2 together and understand what had happened.
Cautiously, he rose. He stared at each person with a bit of confusion, especialy the rather large and burly draconic fellow. Shaking his head to clear the confusion out, He snarled with a bit of impotent rage. Trembling with sheer outrage, he moves in front of cole and tries to calm himself. He smoothes back his long blonde hair and says
"Well, it seems i am to be a *guest* in this, your humble abode until such time as i realize how to leave."
With a bit more frustration than he intended seeping into his voice, he added while scanning those in the room, and upon seeing the smirk worn by cole.
"Pray i do not catch any of you outside the pagoda, for that will be neither commical nor peacefull."
Almost as an afterthought, he looks over at the little healer, tapping his fingers to his lips
"So pretty, too bad your so pious, there are many things you have yet to see the beauty of."
With that he turns, and walks slowly out of the room to explore the pagoda.

Did he just say what I think he said..... yes he did.... I breack off from the sightless beauty and go after him... hitting him on the back of the head...you want to say that to my face you lecherous freak! I have seen beauty that far surpasses the images in your twisted mind!!.... and proceed to swing at the demi-god again.

As fast as lightning, laeadin turns to face the insolent little woman. He ignores the staff as it swings straight for his face, bending over a bit to get nose to nose with the woman. His eyes lock with hers and he notes her defiance and outrage.
Is this a tantrum of outrage or a tantrum because you know i speak the truth?
With that, he realizes its more of a childish tantrum. He grins, each tooth a pointed canine dripping with blood, and laughs in her face as the quarterstaff connects, spraying her with his foul spittle.

after I get covered in the miscreants spittle I somber.... face placid I look straight into his eyes.... whether there is truth in your words or not will have to be saved for disscussion later right now I have matters else where that need attending to...and with that said I kiss the demi-gods cheeck and walk away toward the group still assembed at the gate to talk to the one in charge.....peeking back to see the look on the demi-gods face while smirking to myself.

The laughter that once rolled out of his chest stops immediately, and his eyes and brow furrow in confusion. For a moment he seems at once disturbed and outraged, but calms and simply "hrmmmphs" and walks away... swaying a bit from the confusion.

Takara shook her head at the two's antics. His comment could have simply been taken lightly and with no hidden connotations, but no, the girl had to take the worse of the two possible translations. At least the girl decided to turn back and not get in a fight with the demi-god of suffering. This situation was indeed strange. Shaking her head to clear it, she gave a soft mental sigh. She rather prefered peace, and this place had given her that, well as much peace as she could find with most of her memories gone.
"I'll keep an eye on him for a bit...Just in case..."
She didn't doubt the Pagoda's magic, but there were other ways for one to torment another, and seeing as how she the girl so easily lost her patience with the man, another might also. The Pagoda was a haven for travellers, not a rowdy tavern. Her staff firmly held in her right hand, she teleported herself to just a few feet behind the demi-god, her steps silent though she made no effort to conceal her presence.
