lol, well mine is less interesting and not "doctor approved"
I walk/jog (mostly walk now because jogging burns more of something else while walking burns more fat) 30-45 minutes (depends on how tired I am, using mostly the same path, sometimes I add on a little extra stretch of road right at the end) in my neighborhood. I live in a very hilly area, so I go down and flat and up hills, so it helps keep my body guessing.
I try to eat breakfast every day (a little bowl of cereal or a pop-tart), as breakfast jump starts your metabolism. When I'm doing going I have slightly smaller meals or if I'm at work I snack on crackers or fruit-snacks 'til my lunch. So it keeps my metabolism up and my body burns my food throughout the day.
I try to drink water, but I'm still bad about soda, lol.
Sometimes I split my walk up into 15 in the morning, 15 or even 40 minutes at night. That way my metabolism is sped up even more in the morning and burns throughout the day.
When I do eat fast food I tend to not lose as much, or I tend to gain a lb back (I lose it within a day if I don't eat two fast food meals a day). I'm trying to cut it out other than McAlister's, salads from Chick-fil-a or smoothies. But mostly I try to bring my food from home as it's cheaper and healthier and I lose better that way.
I try not to deprive myself of any food I really want... lately I've had a bad habit of eating two ice cream cones at a time when I do eat them, but it doesn't seem to effect my weight. Some days I go without them at all, but at least I don't crave all sorts of sweets, give in and go overkill. Most diets fail 'cause the person feels deprived, so I don't suggest cutting anything so much as limiting how much you have. If you love cake and have a piece every day, just make the pieces smaller as you lose weight 'til you can't make them any smaller... then go to having it every couple days and wean yourself off it. Even having the stuff around you makes you less likely to splurge. I have teddy grahms (they're a healthier alternative to regular cookies, but still) that I keep looking at but don't want to touch for some reason, even though I love them, lol.
And try to not let it frustrate you when you don't lose anything for awhile. I keep losing for a bit, plateau, lay off really walking or trying at all, go back at it and lose a bit more, repeat. My body has been maintaining what I've lost, so I know I'm losing it healthily. Also, I have lost quite a bit of weight and haven't noticed any saggy skin or anything, which tends to happen with extremely fast weight loss, and tightens up after a few years... but still, I imagine losing weight slowly prevents it and then it tightens up after a few years as well, lol. I'd post photos of me at my biggest and me now, but I have to find the shirt I was wearing for the picture, and my batteries have to charge sweatdrop
I also set mini-goals, first it was 15, I'm at 20 now from my top weight. My ultimate goal was to get to 200, but now my goal is to lose 25-30lbs by August (hence why I'm frustrated with plateauing) so I can be sexier for my boyfriend, and so his dad will be like "damn" because I feel like he'd like me more were I the typical beauty (aka, skinny) despite the fact I have prettier features than a lot of girls and a better personality to boot (he does like me, but he's a wanna-be womanizer and he wants Rob to be so I just feel rejected because of various things he's said and done and I feel part of it is my weight). And when I'm dreaming big my ultimate goal is 100lbs from where I am now, as then I'd be the weight my grandma was when she was about my age... and she's about my build. But I'm not counting on it, if I get to 150 I'll be quite happy with my smaller, curvy self. But I'm trying to figure out where I want to get a gym membership, I'd just like to lose to 200 without it because I always feel awkward surrounded by skinny people gonk

Fuzzy Necromancer Well, you're an FFA, and you worry about your weight. o.o I'm not an FFA, as far as I'm concerned.
I like any body type on males, other than I'm uncomfortable with extremely skinny guys due to my weight.
I don't find fatter sexier, I find healthy and happy sexy, and some guys look a bit better chubby.
It's much different from guys who think bigger is better, and want girls that weigh twice as much as me but brag about how fit they are or worry about gaining a few pounds and getting fat when they're stick thin. It confuses me a lot.
I realize we don't necessarily like what we look like and look for it in a lover, but at the same time... if you like bigger people, or skinnier people, I'd assume you'd want to be closer to that ideal.
