Stephen Hawking estimates humans have a 1,000 years left on this planet Yeah... Okay.. Every species that has been on this planet since it could sustain life has had their era of ruling, when that time passed, they go extinct and another species takes it's place. Insects reigned then shrunk when the environment changed and mammal-like-reptiles took over til nature changed again and dinosaurs ruled for millions of years. When they died, Mammals took over, then we started manipulating environments so now we reign. It's only a matter of time till we pass and something else takes over
