PERSONALITY:
Yami is confrontational, sassy and a bit of a cocky b*****d for lack of a better word. This is also mixed in with his love of adventure and as such he tends to have a bit of a daredevil streak. He loves games and competition and always strives to win. Using ones skills to the fullest tends to bring a smile to his face. He has a nearly legendary volatile temper; however he tends to also have a very tight leash on it as well . He can also battle self-esteem issues and is slow to trust. If he gets the wrong impression of you he turns dangerous and cryptic as all get out.

However Yami also is just more than his cocky side. Yami is also the type that will try to talk things over with you before leaping into the fray of battle. He tries to think up peaceful solutions and he tries to understand where you are coming from… operative word is try though. He is friendly, loyal and will often tease his friends in good humor. At the end of the day Yami likes making people smile.

Past
Yami was born to a triad, although its a very interesting triad in that all of his parents got really really drunk or so his Dad said and ended up imbuing Yami's stone. The next day realizing what had happened, two of them ran away. Yun decided to own up to his drunken mistake and raised Yami. Yami couldnt have been happier while they weren't always the richest family yun always tried to be the best dad that he could be. It was from him that Yami got his family traits. Yun also taught Yami how to cook at a young age as Yun worked at and ran a coffee shop.

Of course everything wasn't ideal forever and Yami ended up running afoul of a mafia family. Luckily he was craft intelligent and hardworking and instead of him ending up at the bottom of some river or lake he was introduced into the family. It was here that he eventually met Vanna years later and took the younger confused boy under his wing looking out for him.

Present
Now with the previous boss overthrown Yami found himself the second in command. He still runs the cafe with Yun and uses it as a sort of safe zone. Its here that his life became stable enough that he ended up adopting a pair of hybrid twins. Its been hard trying to keep them from the mafia life but he's doing a good job of it. Of course now he just needs to figure out how to woo that gorgeous kumiho he ran into at leviathan. Convincing her to go to the Haunted Hollows festival sounds like a good start and Mikazuki and Amatsu seem to approve of her too.

How short life was suddenly hit home when that same Haunted Hallows infected nightmares and daydreams attacked asphodel. Vanna was stuck at a safe house and Yami was put in charge of the family. While he managed to keep the boys together and retaliate against the cannibals he got injured in the process and Tempo found out what he did. After a small fight, she told him to get off his high horse and that she was staying around.

It was then Yami realized things could change in an instant and he went over to her house to ask her if she would imbue with him. Tempo agreed. It was the last step between them until they started full out dating and eventually marrying. Bolero and Vanhi added that last little dynamic they needed.

Yami is always moving, he's either doing things for his 'family' or he was down helping yun run the coffee shop. As such his room is more for relaxing. He has his technology and plenty of hide holes to store his trinkets and books in.
Occasionally he will paint or work on his plants. Surprisingly he has a green thumb, then again that could just be Tempo's influence. Since he is away from home a lot Yami doesn't really bother with a bed. He'll just fall asleep on the couch.

♣♣♣♣♣- Yami has talked you at least, he seems to have seen something positive, enough to possible justify getting to know you more
♣♣♣♣♣- He's a bit more charming, but there is still something cunning about the way that he's assessing you.
♣♣♣♣♣- Yami will be friendly and supportive and try to be in your corner however you always feel like he's still keeping you at arms length. He might however start telling you a few things about him, but who knows if this is actually true. Its actually quite easy to get to this stage... getting past it is a bit more difficult.
♣♣♣♣♣- you are considered a friend although not really a close one. Yami will sit next to you. Its here that he'll start mentioning more things about him and you might actually get some genuine smiles out of him. You'll also notice there is something dangerous lurking between some of his words
♣♣♣♣♣ - There is something different about Yami's friendship. Its almost like you're actually seeing the real Yami. He's also extremely loyal by this point. Its here you realize you've actually become a very good friend, and his crypticness has gotten even worse. Almost as if he's hiding things from you.

✖✖✖✖✖ - you've at least talked. Yami is not impressed however. you can still work yourself out of this stage
✖✖✖✖✖. – He's definitely cold, and started to get a bit insulting. You can definitely tell you irritate him in some form, however he still remains mostly polite and he'll try to smile around you.
✖✖✖✖✖ .- Yami will probably flip you off about here. He'll only answer if directed by another adult and you can plainly see his unease. Unfortunately there is a lot of work to get out of here. Its also here that you notice some times his politeness fails and this might not be some one you want to piss off.
✖✖✖✖✖. –speaking your name pisses him off, and he's not above being vindictive enough to sabotage you. He makes it very clear you are on his bad list. you'll want to steer clear away from him at this point. His temper is definitely frayed if you enter the room.
✖✖✖✖✖ - he absolutely loathes your existence, seeing your face will instantly have him seeing red. If you see him get out of the room quickly since he will get violent in some form or you'll actually just disappear one day. It will take a miracle to get him to change his position. How the hell did you get here?

this is his father. He's really close to Yun and very grateful and Yun stepped up to the plate and raised Yami even if some times it was a struggle. Yami works at the coffee house to help Yun out.

Tempo-

Tempo is his wife. She's a spitfire and lovely to tease. She makes his more teasing and goofy side for lack of a better word to come out. She knows about his mafia life as well, and while not the happiest supports him the best she can.

Amatsu-

Yami met the hybrid at the orphange and the two bonded. Eventually yami was able to convince the orphanage to let him take the child home. He was a bit suprised to learn Amatsu came with a twin but Yami was perfectly fine with that in the long run.

Mikazuki-
♣♣♣♣♣
Amatsu's twin. they're a sweet if protective kid and Yami definitely needs to get to know them better. Still Mikazuki is his kid know so he's super protective of them.

Bolero-
♣♣♣♣♣
His oldest son with tempo. its fun watching him grow up into his own person. Bolero has shown an interest in music and Yami hopes he can get away from the mafia life and live happily in what ever he decides to do.

Vanhi
♣♣♣♣♣
his oldest daughter with tempo, she reminds him a lot of her mother at least when it comes to doing what she wants and being stubborn about getting it. Vanhi is always a great help and Yami is enjoying watching her grow up.
Vanna-
♣♣♣♣♣
Vanna is his best friend and his boss. Yami takes great pride in being his second in command and wishes the younger male wouldn't work soo hard...

Fon
♣♣♣♣♣
Fon is his partner in a lot of ways. They are both Vanna's right hand and when for what ever reason Vanna needs to be away, both of them are the next in charge. Even if half the time the two are bickering at each other.

Kingston
♣♣♣♣♣
He doesnt know Kingston too well. However the Arel's definitely seem to like him and Yami does admit he is funny. He thinks he is good for Vanna too, only problem is that he worries that friendship will blow up.

gloves- No one knows for sure why yami is always wearing them but he can never been seen with them not on his person. When asking why he constantly wears them, his answer is different every time.

Moon pendant- this was a present from Yun, as a way to say congratulations for graduating Academy. Yami also is always wearing it no matter what.

Hikage- he apparently won some 500th customer thing and was handed a familiar. he's not sure he's the jackalope type but the customers at the cafe seem to love the little guy

Higure- well you know everyone needs a friend... and it followed yami home after a job.. probably because it was scared due to all the noise but yami couldnt get rid of him.

Gethin-
Gethin is probably his most gentle jackalope and his most skiddish, while it gets along great with his other three jackalope if any thing else enters Yami's room Gethin is instantly under his bed.

Graduating University:

1 roleplay indicating what they've gotten out of university. This can be a solo.
Have attended six classes that pertain to your major.
If you're double majoring, you must split them evenly and take three classes that pertain to one and three for the other. If you're tripling, two per major.
If you wish to major in two options from two different universities (ex. Enchanting from Leviathan and Arts from Grendel) you must take three classes for Enchanting and then do an RP in which you transfer to Grendel and take your last three classes or vice versa.
