Millie turned around at the mention of her name to see what was very clearly her furnace dog date. Brightening at him she offered a very cheery, "Oh, hi!" before rattling off a list of seemingly endless things they could do. "I got to walk around a bit a little while ago and there's so much to do here. There's a free duck dip game, a funhouse, balloon game, the photobooth, the drinks over there are fun! It made me turn grey for some reason." Millie pointed before continuing, "Oh! Rides! We could check out the rides!" Millie turned her head towards the brilliant dance off display. "Umm... I only recently learned how to walk in these shoes. I'm not sure if dancing would be a good idea for me unless a bunch of other people didn't mind being tripped. But it sure is fun to watch. Some of the other students seem to take it very seriously. What would you be interested in doing? I'm sure there's stuff we can do together." Millie turned back to Eldrid with very wide, expectant eyes. Nerpin Millie's wearing this dress with doll makeup on. whatever is exposed. Arms, knees etc.

At least Barth didn't have to dress in layers of clothing, as Calder was not dressed either. All fabric had felt restricting on him, and he debated for some even wearing a shirt. Instead, he dressed more casually and modern than he ever had in a tunic top, a nice jacket, and capris. Who knew if he'd get rid of the jacket and top, but for now he was modest though in no way conforming to the theme of the prom. It hadn't mattered to him as it had in past proms. He only wanted to be comfortable.
When Barth moved to his side, setting a claw upon him, and looking refreshing in a outfit he never bothered to wear, Calder only smiled and leaned in. "And for all the fast dances? Should I tucker out every body I see in the meantime?" He gripped Barth's behind and gave it a firm squeeze. "If you can't keep up with me and wind up napping halfway through prom, I'll break every bone in your body." Kissing Barth on the lips, he flicked his tail and moved forward to see who was around.

Kettil seemed amused when she pretty much shook hands with him and then the amusement pretty much disappeared and turned into something else.
No. Nothing dirty.
Just pure, raw affection as he was suddenly pressed against the stage and had Freya all over him. He returned the affections easily and readily, his arms draping around her and holding her to him. Kettil enjoyed the contact. Yet, he was just reserved enough to not go too far. Hands said above the waist, kisses were sweet and adoring.
His world was covered in roses and soft lighting.
Was he ashamed? No. Was he embarrassed? Certainly not. The world could suck it.

Yaya grinned at Mikey as he took a seat beside her, then casually refilled his bottle with water. "Thanks, I'll have to steal a dance with you later. When you're not playing, obviously." She had her dates, but Yaya was a social butterfly, and she loved dancing. Last prom she'd gotten to late, without a date, and had not had the best time. This year she was determined to make up for it.
The hairwolve's comment had her turning, and she gave a low whistle as she spotted Freya and Kettil. "Sweet feathers, save a little for after prom." It was said with a giggle. Clearly Yaya didn't care.

Roch thought about what Mikey said. Roch headed to the mic. Roch unzipped his vest and tossed it aside, standing barechested in front of the audience. "Jack, you were right, that IS better!" he said cheerfully to the were. "Oye! Freya! Get the jack off my stage if you're gonna do that!" he yelled at her. "It's sacred ground, dammit!" Yes, they weren't on it, but close enough, ok-__- Then he took a deep breath--and finally started the next song.

The thought of picturing everyone without their clothes on was quite humorous, if not hilarious depending on the person in question. Though shewasn't able to dwell on this for long as Lou was doing his utmost best to get under her skin. Which wasn't hard to do, really, but she was sure he was a expert at it. By now she was grinding her teeth together, her arms falling to their sides to allow herself to fist her hands, claws biting into her skin as he continued his attempts to woo Amrita. She had thought that the ghoul was doing a great job of dealing with the vampire, and she had hoped he would bugger off once knowing she already had a date. But apparently this wasn't the case. "What the - jack, I, She just said she has a date!" Poke nearly shouted as she was having trouble keeping her voice low. "Can't you take a jacking HINT?!"

Well of course Hel needed to harass her sister and that was why while Helmut was getting friendly with Belladonna, she cupped her hands around her mouth and yelled. “EW, I JUST ATE! GET A ROOM YOU JACKIN’ SHE-BEAST!”

OH. HELLO THERE HEL, DID YOU JUST EXPOSE YOUR PRESENCE AT PROM TO YOUR SISTER? Freya had happily ignored all the other comments, mostly because she did not rightly give a damn, but also because they were kind of funny. When her sister hollered, however, she pulled away from Kettil, and turned to stare at the crowd, looking for the source of the voice. "Ach, Hel is here!" She told Kettil as she searched. "I cannot waits for yeh teh sees her, she's so - " The subsequent screech of horror that left Freya broke several glasses at the refreshment table. She all but picked Kettil up and dragged him over to Hel and Helmut, staring at her sister up and down in horror. Her mouth moved, clamping open and shut over and over, as if she wanted to say something, but couldn't get the words out. But eventually they got out. "WHAT HAPPENED TEH YEHR DRESS?!?!" She'd completely forgotten that Hel had said something about only wearing a dress for half the prom..

 "Thanks darlin'," he cooed at her appreciatevly, downing the water. "And definitely, you can teach me some of those sweet moves." Mikey grinned, then stood, sliding his arm over Roch's now bare shoulders as he sauntered past, back to his spot on stage. "Much better." Then he was ditching his own vest and picking up his guitar, accompanying Roch's spellbinding vocals with a smooth baseline.

"Indeed so." It opened its beak in a smile. "Quite a difference, you two not running these events - I rather like it this way. Fewer duties, fewer distractions." Oh, there was yelling happening. Yes, this was the Amityville Academy prom, all right. The plague doctor took a deep breath and let out a nostalgic sigh. Purely for effect, of course; it didn't need to breathe.

Kettil was enjoying himself. Commentary from others were noted but otherwise not responded to because he was busy. Freya was a strong and commanding ghoul. He was pinned, absolutely pinned.
At least until Hel spoke up and caught Freya's attention.
The boil's world of roses and love faded away into the surroundings of prom. A stark contrast for a boil that had been pretty much showing all of the PDA he could.
The boil didn't have time to react simply because he was dragged off with a comical yelp exiting his lips. Some might say Kettil was whipped but he might offer an alternative: he was happy.
When he was close enough he gave Hel a grin and a wave, "Hi! Lookin' pretty cool!"

"Oh, Angeline! Are you okay?" Terra asked, crouching down next to the fallen ghoul with a worried look. "You did not hurt yourself, did you?"
Her brother was singing, but she was so used to his voice that she didn't even notice. "Do you need help?" she asked. "I can heal you!"
The moustache ghoul was worried, okay?

Sophie's cheeks flushed as Bastion complimented her and she leaned into him a little, her hand finding his and giving it a little squeeze. This was going well - no one seemed to have any judgement to pass on thus far and everyone seemed relatively happy. Her brother also hadn't noticed them yet and Sophie was relieved that Belladonna had showed up when she did. She drank the rest of her drink and placed the glass back on the table where it was promptly picked up by a gnome dressed as a clown. Turning to AJ and Maple she gave a smile. "If you'll excuse us, I think we'll go and check out the rest of the set up."
Letting her fingers lock with Bastion's, Sophie guided them both through the crowd and out of the big tent. She breathed a sigh of relief. So far, they had managed to avoid what she had been dreading and she smiled at Bastion, a nervous laugh escaping. "That was close," she mumbled before looking this way and that. "Oh! Let's play some games!" She pointed in the direction before practically running off, dragging Bastion along for the ride.

Angeline was rolling back and forth on the floor, squeaker noises accompanying her as she half-kicked at the air.
"I'm..I'm f---f----f--..fantaasssttiiccc"
And then more laughter followed.
What had she just drank and why was it so fantastically funny to her?
