Tahki had sunk so low in her desk she was almost about to fall out. When class ended the gryphon gave a sigh of relief though and disappeared in a hurry desperate to get get away from such a class. She'd have homework though. So the escape was not in full.
Drat.

Charlie didn't really understand what the whole class had been about but he didn't care. His friends had mostly all been there. Specially Amrita. But now that class was over he needed to go. And I mean go as in pee.
The demon did a weird waddle out of the class and headed for the little boils room.

Roch looked at the teacher for a long moment, a slight frown on his face before he shrugged. Sure, he could go out searching for stuff on gruegle, finding out the way that so many people managed to live their lives without exploding all the time, but the truth of the matter was, he just didn't care.
The closest thing he had to a ghoulfriend was Desiree, and there wasn't any chance of cross contamination because she WAS his FEAR. So case closed, problem over, and he jackin' well wasn't going to have kids anytime in the future, so all was good!
Making sure not to step on anything as he headed out the door, he left, for the most part forgetting everything he had just learned. Or at least shoving it to the back of his mind.

Cady had stopped paying attention a long long time ago, and was now in a galaxy far far away. She hadn't brought pens or any paper, and had instead settled on scratching contentedly into the surface of her desk, leaving grooves in the form of little shapes and diagrams. It wasn't really drawing so much as scrawling, but it helped pass the time.
She was brought back into reality by the sound of chairs squealing away from desks. Was it over? Did they have homework? She did her best to memorize the faces of the students that were - waddling? out the door. She'd have to ask someone later.

It seemed like the class was coming to a close and Mitsu felt she was leaving more confused than when she had come. Maybe Shun would help explain some things, he seemed pretty knowledgeable about the subject. Putting her stuff away after the last of her notes Mitsu was careful to get out of her seat, moving one of the larger bugs off her shoe carefully not wanting to take it with her.
She would get in touch with Shun a bit later. Right now she was just ready to get out of class and stew on what she had learned....she had learned something right? Why...did she feel she really wasn't taking much away. Don't mess with the bugs...yes she had learned something.

Damien practically cringed over the concept of talking about mating in class for the future. Sure it was casual to talk about it between a couple of boils but not go up to the class and scream "Hey I found this ghoul in heat, guess what happened?!"
But at least that wouldn't be happening today, Nurse Cricket was wrapping up today's nightmarish lesson on the student body. Frankly he did not need to be told twice.
With a careful wavering through the crowd of students and the bugs that wandered in their way, the hound made it out of the room only just slightly mentally scarred. Considering the topic and what was covered, he'd thought it was a smashing success.
Even if he was more confused than ever and had to go back to his dorm and do a full mold check in the mirror. But if there was one lesson to take away from this.
It was to NEVER step, injure or kill Nurse Cricket's bugs. ever, if you valued your fear particles.

It was all a little hazy in her mind till Cricket snapped the tatzel out of it with her words. Levi was going to have to learn about the rituals of mating. Critical! Now it was part of her homework! How could her Ma keep her from her studies? ... had to be a done deal.
Cricket's look at the tatzel made Levi's eyes widen. She'd especially have to do this assignment, it seemed. One way to prevent cross contamination of FEAR; that's what Cricket wanted her to find. As if mechanically, she rose from her chair once Cricket assured them all they'd clear things up eventually.
Looking down at the floor, she tucked in her chair behind her a little out of it... just how she was going to ask her Ma was in the works. No bugs were harmed in her dragging exit of the peculiar classroom.

Aislin got up from her seat, probably the last to leave. She had been busy being mystified by all the things the teacher was talking about. The only thing she really did understand was that they were being assigned homework. Homework. Eugh.
Good thing she already knew the first half of it... she'd have to try and find someone who understood the lesson to figure out the second bit. With a little wiggle of her fingers towards the glowing, ghostly teacher she skipped out of the room.
