As the archer girl slipped into light thought, Vivian reentered the area the two girls occupied, this time carrying a bundle of firewood in her human form. Silently, she put the wood down near a tree and hopped up into a low branch, loud enough Vero and the girl could hear if they were listening.

"Why don't you come join us Vivian?" Vero called. "I'll start a fire and put on some food if you're hungry."

Yukie was still wondering why Vivian was not talking to her but she drooped it and asked" How much has the world changed since the last i was here do you think?" and said " please do come and join us."

Sigh softly, Vivian dropped down from the branch and sat cross legged a few feet from Vero. Muttering "I'm not hungry" to Vero, she looked at the girl across from her. "It depends on when you were last here."

Tilting her head slightly, Vivian said "I'm not really the one to ask. I'm only 16." Curling up slightly, she sat and waited to hear the conversation, ready to input thoughts when needed.

Vero smiled. "So not only has it been a long time, you were in a very rural area. Cars are demons that burn oil and have been tamed to carry humans around from place to place. Electricity has replaced candles for lighting and does several other things."

"Houses are quickly and poorly built. They cost alot of money. Food is mass produced and sold in tons of salt and horrible chemicals. Generally life sucks."

"It's been that way all my life Vivian. That much hasn't changed." Vero sighed. "You mean country boundries correct? I assume that the last time you were amoung humans it was between wars."

" That is not right it should be split fairly and not to the person with the most money." She said to Vivian completely agreeing with her. "Yes that is right" She said to Vero and asked"What about the water supplies?"
