[ Light Daggers ] Mmm... you need to use solid numbers, not percentages. I'd say 10 for a normal hit, and 25 for chakra point connection.
[ Adrenaline Pulse ] The range is far too wide, and the paralysis effect should be changed to absurd discomfort, or something along those lines. I'd say you could make the range 20 or 25 yards.
[ Soten Kisshun ] How big of a barrier are you talking? Full body, or what? I'd say something like peeling poisons and wounds off of someone would be a small palm sized aura, while a protective barrier would be an entirely different technique.

Description: By using medical knowledge Tsukino can create Six inch chakra daggers that when thrown at a targets, can absorb thier chakra and dispel it in the air.One of these daggers takes away 10 chakra then and so on,but if it hits one of thier chakra points it will absorb 25.The user charges chakra into thier hands, using the same healing energy used for the Healing hands technique,but sharpens it.Then the user just swings thier arms in a arc to release a stream of these deadly daggers. *Note: These daggers can pierce skin like the average Kunai while absorbing chakra

Changes in bold. As for the barrier jutsu,It is basically a dome of solidified chakra with healing properties. Because its a dome, it can fit 1 to four people max. It can completely expel poisons and heal wounds,making it seem as if the target was never poisoned or never hurt. If that isnt exceptable can you help me revise the technique more to make it work? sweatdrop

Character: Mi Young Roo Technique Name: Diagnosis Pulse Rank: C Type: Eiseijutsu [healing] Element: --- Description: After preforming a single hand sign, Mi places her hands on her patients body, sending out a sort of chakra pulse throughout their body. Keeping her hands on the patient, the pulse reverberates through the patient and returns, giving Mi a sort of sonar pinpointing of where the damage of a patient is centered. It is much more efficient than the normal Diagnosis and it is a lot quicker.
Character: Mi Young Roo Technique Name: Cauterization Rank: D Type: Eiseijutsu [healing] [offensive] Element: --- Description: When Mi runs dangerously low on Chakra but still has a person who is need of healing a bleeding wound, Mi will force healing chakra into her fingertips. Her fingers become a type of Cautery tool and she is able to burn closed any open wound. When she uses this jutsu offensively she couples it with Taijutsu, adding a slight touch that burns its victim on contact. It does not do great damage and is used mainly to startle opponents and keep them uncomfortable.

Forcing chakra into specific areas, she trains while keeping her muscles strained. After studying the great Medical Nin Tsunade's trade Mi sets off to find a way to enhance the damage of blows done without expending so much Chakra. She creates a sort of balance by engaging in this physical training and still aplying Tsunade's "Strong Arm". Mi makes it so she can strike objects that are difficult to break, such as coconuts, rocks and lastly steel, without the aid of the chakra. While she cannot essentially break through steel she can hit it without damaging herself. [can only hit it 6 times without sustaining damage] There are three sessions of the training.
Procedure: 1st: While under the influence of having her muscles taught due to the chakra pressure, Mi practices on objects enclosed in leather bags. Afterward, a conditioning treatment is applied by creating a medicinal Chinease medicine of myrrh and ginseng that aids in soothing the muscles that have been physically strained past their limit. This training session is the most painful out of the three and takes 5 posts.
2nd: In order to have more powerful strikes one must never waste an attack. So by learning the proper techniques to achieve greater striking force, Mi learns to relax her body and release residual tension in order to achieve a faster speed. It is done by doing standing meditation. 3 posts
Character: Mi Young Roo Technique Name: Fire cupping Rank: B Type: Eiseijutsu [healing] Element: --- Description: Reducing the air pressure on a patients skin by using her chakra, Mi is able to dispel stagnation—stagnant blood and lymph, thereby improving chakra flow — treat respiratory problems and to numb muscle damage for a short period of time. It can provide momentarily relief for those who have suffered during a fight without the use of anesthetic. It is possible to fight while under its influence but it is not recommended because the effects eventually fade. [5 posts] While preforming this jutsu it appears as if her chakra is a flame, sitting on the afflicted location. Mi creates a sort of reinforcing barrier of chakra around her chakra which keeps the chakra flame from burning out.

The latter, for the most part. A weaker ninja would likely be crippled by the technique, but there maybe stronger ones out there that could endure the pain and move about as they normally would.

This is an extreme jutsu, after the last handsign is complete...there is no such thing as seperate chakra and blood. The Chakra started to leak into the arteries and veins, this causes the muscles and brain to recieve more blood, heighten the senses, and increase reation time.
But, the burnout on this technique is extreme.
Sideeffects: Dizzyness Sickness Fatigue

Character: Tsukino Kazuki Technique Name: Soten Kisshun Rank: A Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Healing Description: Tsukino focuses chakra from her palms and shapes it into a half-oval barrier around her target. While active, the barrier works very similarly to any other Eiseijutsu- soothing pain while stitching wounds -however, unlike other healing techniques, Tsukino is able to reattach a severed limb to the one who lost it, so long as it has retained some health. Additionally, the barrier itself provides a good amount of protection from incoming attacks.
Character: Tsukino Kazuki Technique Name: Muku Byouki [ To Peel Disease ] Rank: A Type: Eiseijutsu Element: Healing Description: Tsukino focuses chakra from her palms and shapes it into a pair of appropriately colored gloves. After doing so, she will loft her hands over the target wound, infection, or curse mark. Within a few moments, the chakra gloves will begin to give off a light glow, proof that their effects have begun. Bleeding will be stopped, and simple ailments (colds, headaches, etc.) will begin to fade. However, the main attraction of this technique is what becomes of poisons and curse marks. Poisons, if they are relatively fresh, can be drawn out from the pores in the skin, and curse marks can be set into a state of relaxation. This will not negate the activation of a curse mark, but if someone is struggling to put theirs back to sleep, this can greatly assist such a desire.

Character: Zetsu Uchiha Technique Name: Blazing Night Rank: B Type: Taijutsu (passive) Element: None Description: After hours of training in taijutsu the user will gain a tremendous boost in speed (two ranks higher than the user is) making him a great deal more limber and agile. Along with this speed boost if the users taijutsu attack increase dealing a bit more damage.
