Ok, Now I'm confused..... Do I make the app or do I not?
I did certainly make the bloodline, as it was in only put in one other guild; which would be Orchid's Future of ninja guild. I do not steal other people's ideas..... >.> I never have never will... And I HATE being accused of so. stare

Yes, make the app.
And I'm not saying you did, I'm just saying that if we let things slide that easily, that's what happens. Another thing I didn't mention in that post would be people that make a really good bloodline, but in the end it turns out they don't really qualify for it that well themselves. There's a lot of factors that go into bloodlines, I just want to be sure that everyone that gets a bloodline truly deserves the one they got.
Because I really really don't want a Sasuke running around.

i agree with the bloodline clan head sample. hinote, we are talking about this in the crew forum, but personally, clan heads should go to the best of the best.
also, bloodline apps, i personally don't see a reason why it would be a problems to take other people's bloodlines. i mean, if you ask them and they say yes, of course, it shouldn't be that big of a deal. while it isn't original and kinda cheap, if someone really wants it, they should have a right to. but, they should be smart enough to at least change some stuff and put some of their ideas in it. rofl

The Nerdbot golden: well yea. once you reach a certain number of stats, you automatically go on to the next level of skill. so, the moment you reach 300 stats, you are automatically transfered to jounin skill lvl and the number of stats you earn per word change. however, that does not correspond with your shinobi ranking. so, for instance, someone could be chuunin skill level in stats but still be genin level in rank. someone could wait until being special jounin skill level before trying out for chuunin. the skill lvl you have no control over, but you can control your rank. hell, you can stay a genin for as long as you want, even if you are kage lvl. Awwww man... T^T I thought I could stay Genin and gain stats at that level the whole time. confused Oh well, I guess you guys already thought of that. Maybe I should just auto rank now. confused

Since we are restarting I'm just going to make a new char, but the clan I made was recently accepted and I actually got Qastor Sugino Sakada's permission to use it and claim as mine in this guild if I gave him the rights and proper recognition. But anyway THe question is do I have to apply for it? Cuz I'm pretty sure no one know's how it works better than me...

My character is the 6-Tails Jinchuuriki, and an Academy Student.
She starts with 15 chakra points. She gets another 100 from her two limit breaks, totaling 115. The limit break grants her 5 chakra points/max 10 chakra points, which totals an additional 55 points. So does she have 70 chakra points out of a maximum of 115, or can someone please explain this system to me?
Also: Do the two limit breaks from being a Jinchuuriki apply to all of her stats, or just the chakra?

Limit breaks increase the Parameter not the stat themselves. so adding two limit breaks to chakra would make it 22/122.

i just got back from my unfortunately timed trip and am trying to figure out the changes.
so my first question
the guildwide freeze said some auto ranks will be revoked. how would i go about seeing if i kept mine or not?
((Konoha chuunin as Shika Nara))
second question (i may or may not come up with more)
is the freeze still in affect? and if it is does that include profile applications and stuff?
