After you defeat the annoying wasp (Granaldo) and his living bowling balls (3 Raldos) to rescue Ellone, they suddenly pop in and take her away. I mean, seriously... if most of their existence is to protect Ellone, why the hell were they so far away from her to begin with...... or did they just finish their smoke break before running to the "rescue"???

In the Training Center, after the SeeD ball, when Squall meets with Quistis and saves Ellone from the Granaldo. They jump in AFTER the fight. ninja

Awesome! Yes, you meet them after the Ball and 'Secret Area' scenes. They jump in after your boss battle. Next question...
What are the two main ways that Fujin gets her point across?
And for a bonus, does she ever use a full sentence? If so, where and to whom?

Fujin talks/responds to others with one word answers in capital letters. She has also kicked Rajin in the shins when angry at a comment he has made. However, he is the only character she has ever hit.
Ex: "RAGE"
I THINK she does give a complete sentence to Seifer after the last time you fight Rajin & Fujin, after you crash the Ragnarok into the Lunatic Pandora. ninja

The two main ways she gets her point across is by her yelling one word phrases at people AND by kicking whoever(usually Raijin) in the shins.
E.C. She uses full sentences when talking to Seifer in Lunatic Pandora, explaining to him that he's changed and that they can't follow him anymore until he goes back to the way he used to be.

Alright everyone, the lovely Fujin yells in one word sentences, and occasionally kicks Raijin in the shin. Whether she does it to other people is not seen in gameplay. *rubs shin* sweatdrop
For the Bonus, she speaks in normal tones and complete sentences on the third disk in Lunatic Pandora, when she is trying to talk sense into Seifer.
Now on to our next question.

I can't remember, seeing as how I rarely got rental cars. I'm going to go with yellow... although I think it's randomized in all the towns that you can rent from... with there being at least 2 per town.
