Reimei looked at him in confusion. "Okay then!" she rolled her eyes a bit and looked straight ahead.

"Are you sure?" They were outside Kouri's little home by now. Lia let go of Ren's hand to help Reimei more.

When tommy woke up, it was still dark outside, the window was empty, kouri was gone, and he was utterly alone. "dammit, how'd i know this would happen," he sighed, rising and stretching before making his way lazily down the hall. he wasn't perticularly worried. he'd just head on back to his house.
when he got there, his mother was asleep on the table. at hearing the door quietly creak open, she lifted her head and gazed at him through groggy eyes. "hey..." she said in a soft, raspy, tired voice. "what happened...?" she rubbed her eyes, then looked at her son in concern. "nothing," he replied casually. "well, i've gotta get up early tomorrow so... i'm gonna go ahead and crash." he said good night to his mother, then headed down into the chilly basement, which was all his and no one else's. his mother didn't even go down there. she claimed that he had to have his own space, and that he deserved that much at least for all he did for them. clambering into his small twin-sized bed, he fell asleep, his feet hanging off the edge as always, wondering what happened to everyone anyways.

It's alright. No one will notice your absence. I just need help with something..... A cloaked black figure said in a very distant voice. It was impossible to tell whether they were male or female, even by their voice. Reaching out a hand, it's arm exposed itself to the night air to show a hand so white it looked like the moon. No one will care.....No one knows you like I want to.
A breeze brushed past Kouri's cold skin, but she neither cared, no realized what else was happening around her. Her eyes were blank, and had lost their cheeky shine. Her skin was nearly as pale as the stranger before her. Come to the Dark Side.....The Darkness is everywhere, child of Light. If you do not come now, it will destroy you. At the last sentence, the beings voice suddenly got lower, becoming a sort of growl. At this frightful sound, Kouri's hand reached for the strangers. She had no thoughts. Her mind was lost to that enchanting voice in front of her.....
"There it is again!" Ren yelled, turning around to look at the beach. Standing still in front of Kouri's house, he waited......"Why is it only me hearing that....?" He asked himself slowly.
The figure stumbled, and let out a hiss, before disappearing into a dark portal. Kouri fell forward, her hand falling to her side. She was falling......Falling......Through the ground....Into Darkness.....Why was it that she felt so alone....? The Darkness is everywhere, child of Light. If you do not come now, it will destroy you.....No one will care.....No one knows you like I want to. That's right....She was a nobody.......A NoBody.....

tommy awoke in a cold sweat. "kouri!!" he gasped, slapping himself awake. "uhg..." he rubbed his face hard. just a dream, just a dream... he told himself. she probably just ditched the hospital and went back to her house. yeah, that's right, back to her house. he sat there for a minute, thinking. "it can't hurt to check..." he muttered. "just to be safe." rising, he saw that it was still dark out. he couldn't have been asleep for more than a few hours. stretching as he slunk up the stairs and out into the cold night air, he slipped along and to kouri's house. where he ran into everyone BUT kouri.

"Okay." She finalized. By now they'd settled in Kouri's house, though said girl wasn't here. Plus, Tommy had just showed up. "Hey Tommy." Lia smiled and waved.
I met my second cousin at my grandmas funeral and her name is Lia too! She's a cute little baby though.))

Everything was pitch black.
Everything was snow white.
Nothing seemed right.
Nothing seemed wrong.
Her heart was sinking.
Her heart was soaring.
Times have changed.....

Grabbing a fistful of hair in his hands as he slammed them to his head, Ren yelled in agony, felling to his knees, and eventually smashing his head into the ground. "STOP IT!" He yelled. That screaming was so loud-It was tearing his mind apart! Rolling over, he smacked his head against the wall, his forehead bruising already. "STOP MAKING THAT SOUND!"
How could she be falling, and yet......Have no wind billowing around her? No wind caressing her face.....No wind lifting her higher and higher, until she flew away? All there was was Darkness. Darkness, and the cold. A person's yells echoed around her, that sounded a bit like Ren's, but she already knew she was gone. She was out of reach, even to him. Afterall, what was the point in yelling back now?
They had already stolen her heart. What was left for her now?
