One step at a time you'll feel better, bit by bit until you can say you're alright again. 3nodding And remember Kuro, don't bottle your emotions, I found out that if you do, You try to kill people and is sent to a psych ward, and placed in a padded room.... On a personal note, they were at least nice enough to play hardrock, so that I may mosh by me self in the padded room...Though the buckles on the Straight jacket hurt when they jabbed into my skin... xp

I agree with Nana. What works for some doesn't work for all. Sadly, I don't think many psychiatrists seem to agree with that.... then again I've never had to be taken into psychiatric care. I just know from experience everyone's different sweatdrop
