The chef immediately brought out two piping hot plates of pasta, putting one specifically in front of Yumi with a wink.
Chloe picked at her food, suddenly not too hungry. She'd had a snack while getting her cousin ready. She looked around again, suddenly noticing Lute and his dog sitting by the window. She looked over at her family hesitantly, wondering if she could get away with leaving them.

Yumi looked to the chef as he winked, confused, looking down at her plate suspiciously.
Lute still thought, unable to read the menus since he was in fact blind. But he just looked like he was thinking, glancing in the direction of the window, feeling the fading warmth.

Razz sat at one of the smaller tables, as well, with a friend of his. He watched over their shoulder as Yumi eyed her pasta, and he tried to appear perfectly natural: He really wanted to see if she liked it, because what else would be cause for smugness?

Yumi soon tried the pasta. She was getting hungry after all. And she rather liked it. But she tried not to show it. Somewhere Razz was behind this obvious, horrible... rather delicious prank.

Razz smirked and shook his head. "Win," he muttered.
Finally, Chloe got up and went over to the booth where Lute was. "Mind if I join you?"

Lute glanced over, hearing Chloe and smiled. "Of course not. Please sit." he said, Apollo looking to her and wagging his tail.
Yumi soon finished her dish and smiled, asking the chef for a list of desserts.

Chloe smiled back and raised her eyebrow at the dog, before sitting down across from Lute. She'd already finished what she'd wanted from her plate at the family table, so she just leaned back and raised her eyebrow, now at Lute. "Not hungry?" she asked curiously.
The chef offered her the list, giving her a few minutes. He also looked down at her clean plate and asked her if she wanted to speak with the kitchen worker who'd made it.

Lute looked to her and tried to hide his embarrassment, and his condition, smiling nervously. "No. I'm practically starving. I jsut don't know what the castle serves." he said, rubbing the back of his head.
As Yumi looked through the desserts, she thought, then looking to the chef. "If it's Razz, tell him to go make me some dessert. Chop chop."

Chloe chuckled a little and shrugged. "You can order just about anything you want, but they seem to be making a lot of pasta tonight, so that'll probably be best," she said, wondering why he didn't just read the menu.
The chef chuckled and on his way back grabbed the back of Razz's shirt collar dragging him back to the kitchen and pushing him in the direction of the desert kitchen. "Get to work! Princess ordered," he told the boy, laughing.

Lute nodded some and asked that of the waiter who came by, thanking Chloe.
As Yumi waited, her date left, having to go to bed to rest for tomorrow. He had a test to make up. He kissed her hand, making her giggle before he left.

Chloe nodded to Lute and looked down at the dog, tilting her head and wiggling her fingers at him.
Razz quickly whipped up a little miniature pie, blueberry and cheescake, that was the perfect size for Yumi. He brought it out to her, arms crossed as he put it down. "There. Happy?"

Yumi looked to the pie then to Razz. She took a small bite of it and had to control herself not to squee in utter decadence. It was marvelous. Yumi cleared ehr throat. "It's acceptable.Thank you Razz."
Apollo watched Chloe wiggle her fingers at him. The dog simply wagged his tail and licked her fingers.

Razz rolled his eyes. "Whatever," he said, turning and going back to the kitchen to check out.
Chloe smiled and scratched the dog behind his ears, looking back up at Lute. "What's his name?"

Lute watched as Apollo enjoyed the scratching, his bushy tail wagging happily. "His name's Apollo." he said, soon smelling the food as it arrived.
Once he was gone, Yumi engrossed herself in eating the pie. It was so... so... Perfect!!1

Chloe smiled and looked up. "Apollo; the Greek and Roman god of poetry, music, and the bringer of the morning sun. He was only the second sun god, though," she said, then blushed. "Any particular reason you picked the name?"
A fork appeared from nowhere and a piece of pie was taken out of the slice, and put into Demetri's mouth. He eased himself into the chair across from Yumi, eyebrows raised as he tasted the delicious pie. "That boy really does like you..."
