The Somber Silence @ Tibly Huh? @ Shan: ORLY? Basically it's breeding two pokemon; each from different countries, to get a shiny pokemon. Out of all the pichu I hatched, all of them so far are normal colored.

Oh. Try breeding shiny pokemon from diferent countries. That worked for me once.
