THis is the Halloween 2017 look. It really shows the other effects missing from the animated items. The foot rides on top of that pumpkin when animated, the head's light bleed error would flicker on the chair making the gold seem like it sparkled, and the fall leaves would fall just right.

I was actually wondering the other day if they had made the astra items stop working. Bummer... They definitely added some fun can only imagine what mine would look like if my moon worked

They have dodged what to do with the animated items for ages. My solution is probably the simplest — take a dozen frames from the animation and make it an item with 12 still variations.

I can accept that alternative, but the astra items really can't be hard to fix if they just hired some folks who know what they're doing with the coding. They're definitely making enough money with the leechy rigs

Hey off brand CB, new game comes out next week. Looks super cute like playing an anime, but ai fear it's gonna be a microtransaction minefield. Which is gonna suuuuck. It's called genshin impact, and gah does it look like a super cute anime game meets breath of the wild. X.x

It's called genshin impact, and gah does it look like a super cute anime game meets breath of the wild. X.x It says it is using the unity engine, so the microtransactions are going to probably be too sporadic to be a minefield. That engine is easy to code for, but tends to need big, bulky code sessions so most developers build up huge, sweeping changes all at once for their games on it. Which means they will probably have a huge amount of microtransactions that roll out all at once in seasonal clumps completely upsetting game balance or being entirely avoidable because the microtransaction the player needs is not rolled out readily enough to be sold.

Micro transaction games are tough for me, but it looks super cute. Speaking of microtransaction, Gaia just released an item called sucking stuffers a few months to early... I don't think they foresee themselves lasting into the holiday season. >.>
