Misu, a pic from Hyperdimension Neptunia, eh? Good choice. The only problem I saw, not sure if you're allowed to have a stat start at 0. But I don't know for sure. You can always have a mod choose your starting technique, sot hat's no problem.

Well, I could be wrong. I know that Green's character was 1/1/13/1, so I took that to mean that the lowest was 1.

It says somewhere that 1 is the lowest you can go.
'cause you cant have 0 of anything.
0 strength, you wouldn't be able to move or lift anything.
0 defense, if a bug landed on you, you'd die. xD
0 Speed, you wouldn't be able to move.
0 Power level, you may as well carry around a flashlight.

You can go to any of the places in the Main forum right now.
Every one has different techniques open for the public anything not colored] 3nodding
Academy's good, that means I don't have to waste a free tech on a starter move haha.
If you want, make as large as an opening post as you can, I'm image editing.
