The one hit take down would be more reflective of the realism of Sword Combat. with lightsabers we either hit or miss, and to hit is almost always an incapacitating blow.

Just saw Dead Man's Chest.
They get nothing accomplished throughout the entire movie except setup for the 3rd one, and you know they're gonna make one.

Darkened Angel Just saw Dead Man's Chest. They get nothing accomplished throughout the entire movie except setup for the 3rd one, and you know they're gonna make one. Is that the 2nd PotC movie?

Will and Beth are sentenced to death for helping Jack escape. It's a ploy to get Will to help the trade company get Davy Jones's heart to control the sea. Will is re-united with his dad on Davy's ship, and Will, Jack, and the other guy who loved Beth end up in a 3-way fight over the key/chest. It ends with him delivering the heart to the bad guy, Davy Jones is still out there, Jack is swallowed by the Kraken, and Will, Beth, and Black Pearl crew go to some gypsy woman to get Jack back with the help of the bad guy from the 1st movie.

[ proper british accent ] I say, old bean, why must you use such a stereotypical tone just to pretend to be a pirate. Blimey, I've had me share o' troubles trying to loot and plunder without having to use that dialogue. I mean, who'd think they're being pilllaged by an English lass?
