Actually, it's not! The simple act of laying down in the dark with your eyes closed gives you already a lot more rest than staying up all night, wether you sleep or not. =o!
On a side note, Lazenca and Unsane are gonna freeze the desert over, and it's gonna be epic. More at 11.

stressed I was looking forwards to retiring in that desert Pat...
sweatdrop *curls up on his head and yawns*my eyes don't always stay closed.. I tend to jump at every loud noise and try to figure out what it was... leftover from my parents leaving me to baby sit when they both had to work nights and there was no one else to watch my sister and I... sad I can't even stop worrying when I am asleep...

I hate freezing rain.
Busted my a** trying to walk across a two inch thick layer of ice in the parking lot this morning. Fortunately, no one was around to laugh at me.
