then what movie am I think of. someone got eaten or puked up, and half thier head, and most of thier arm, as well as other parts, were partially digested.

Maybe it was the second anoconda movie? They made another one and gave it a different name....
Certainly wasn't the one with Hopkins. He had his full head, I remeber that because his eye twiches in a wink.
