I posted it also into our recipe thread in the Hobbies subforum. Even though it might not seem like it, but this is not a collection of "all the weird stuff we eat" but pretty normal and everyday stuff. whee gaia_angelright Uh, YUM! great salt lake blah!thought i would get someones attention, anyway how is everyone? and if you dont have the STOMACH for menudo soup dont click here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Menudo_(soup) I never really liked menudo. The concept is also questionable, like someone said, "You know what? Let's make a really good soup and then throw the most mediocre part of a cow into it."

The concept is also questionable, like someone said, "You know what? Let's make a really good soup and then throw the most mediocre part of a cow into it." are you mexican? not being racist but i have never heard of non mexicans eating this soup although there is always a first time

Back then, it was basically a white band surrounded on three sides by latinos and the northwest side was European and Asian. In turn, I ended up being exposed to a lot of home cooking as people actually do it from Mexico, Japan, Poland, et cetera.
