Nope, that's perfectly understandable (I tend to vanish on finals week as well while I'm doing projects o3o).
We understand that school and real life take priority. ;D This guild is just for fun after all.
Every couple of months, we clean up the member's list. This is mainly to remove people who joined several months ago and never made a single post. Chances are, if we've seen you post a couple of times, you're quite safe. =)

Excuse me if I had overlooked anything but where exactly do you find Chinchou? I mean sure it may not seem like an important pokemon but Lanturn was was of my favorites from the 2nd generation.

Is there some shop that sellsitems for gold, like in the pokemon games? If so it'd be a great way to get donations... plus i have some gold to spare and dont wanna have to post tons just to get items XD

I did the masaterball thing... but... there should be some other ways to get items that you can buy, as it helps out the guild... I have 9k to spend if anyone considers the idea razz

This is another entry into the questions, concerns, and... whatever.
Is my idea of a post format.. Its what I shall be using as it stop my post
becoming massive not through post length but miscellaneous symbols and stuff.

I was actually thinking something along the lines of starting donations for contest prizes (like monthly collectibles and stuff). In the past I've just donated things from my own gold. We do have a lot of donations in the guild account, but there's really nothing to spend it on other than subforums. xD
So its pretty much just sitting there doing nothing until we have need for a subforum. D:
So what would you guys think of perhaps having something along the lines where you donate gold in exchange for rp items, however, these donations would be sent to either myself or a guild mule (with a post log available of who's donated how much) to use to purchase Gaia items to be given away for contests? That way our contests could frequently have prizes other than rp-only items/Pokemon. We can give away Gaia items as well.
And to Jouju. You really can post in any way you wish. :3 As long as your party and their levels are available in each post, you're fine. Most people just keep their attacks in the same post to make it easier when they get in a battle, but its really up to you. There's no rule other than having your party and their levels available for anyone to see in your posts.

I'm for Astral's idea, I like the Gaia Item contest prize idea. And abotu the donating to mule or you for an RP item I think that would be extremely helpful but you would probably have to limit it so that way nobody around the levels of 5 could slaughter a team of 30's like previously stated.
Maybe make a limit of how many items people are allowed to buy each month or week or something. And then set a price for them. After that all that would be needed is a detailed log that lists who bought what at what date, for how much an how many other things they bought.
I'll help out with the log as long as somebody supplies me with the information to fill it.

That sounds like a good idea. I've always kinda been a bit iffy on the guild donation thing. Since it doesn't seem like we need a ton of subforums, and everyone wants to donate for the Master Balls. I've noticed as well that we have a lot of gold in the guild account, but really no way of using it.
The Gaia item prizes also sounds like a cool idea. It would definitely help keep active members, as I'm sure everyone likes the idea of free stuff.

You mentioned not being able to use the donation money, why not set up a Mule account for people to donate to. That way you could use it to for actual gold prizes in contests?

Well you could make things that wouldnet affect the rp much, like being able to poof anywhere for 500 gold or whatever (id do that anyday o.o)
