Uki would think about it for a moment. The location sounded ideal for some training, plus Uki could always use another meditation spot for when he would get frustrated with Thanatos. "How about you show me the way? After we get there, I'll look over it and decide if it will work. Sounds like it should work well." He then smiled as he looked at Ren. He noticed the change in demeanor. Uki was glad to see Ren relaxing some.

Ren nodded his head as Uki told him to lead the way. He remembered where the place was he had stopped and rested when he was there. It was a very serene place and he so relaxed there. The waterfall and the sounds of nature calmed his body. Ren walked into the forest knowing Uki was right behind him. They travled about 25 minutes it would seem before the sound of a waterfall could be heard in the distance. Ren didn't seem to have a problem navigating he didn't realize it but his powers seemed to guide him through the thick brush and into the forest with no problem. He loved forests every since he was young they were where he ran to. He felt so relaxed there and felt stronger in them. He felt he had no reason to be afraid. After a few more minutes of traveling they would arrive at the Medium size lake which flowed into a stream that lead away from the lake. The waterfall wasn't huge but it was large enough that you had to kink your head back to look at it. The final area of notice was a medium size island in the middle of the lake that would work perfect for practicing on. " Will this do? " He asked as he looked at Uki curious as to what the man would say.
Wandering aimlessly through the hall, Shinta's restless thoughts had led him astray. Still being unfamiliar with the layout of the school, he was now lost. Figuring that the best way to find his path would be to return to the entrance, he followed a few signs posted in the hall to get there. Upon arrival his cold azure eyes fixated on a new arrival. A kind-hearted smile took its place on his expression in contrast to the coldness of his gaze as he approached her. As he drew nearer, he called out to her, "Hi there. I'm Shinta. Did you just arrive?"

A voice rang out getting Dalia's attention. She turned to face the direction it came from and saw someone approaching her. A fellow student from his appearance. She returned his smile with one of her own though something seemed wrong... It was a friendly grin but his eyes... it didn't go all the way to his eyes. It was a bit off setting. Still she didn't really have a choice, she was lost without this guy's help. "Hello! Yes! I have. Um, I'm Dalia. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing right now though... Are you a student here too?"

Uki began to look over the area. It seems tranquil enough for his meditation while it had enough objects to create a unique combat training site. After that walk, Uki hadn't even broken a sweat. He then noticed the island in the middle of the lake. "Yeah, it will do just fine. We have enough area to really spar and for you to practice in. I also get my meditation area for when you are doing individual exercises.

He watches as his attack is needlessly diverted away from its intended target and the students all together. It seems Sky-dron had a few more tricks up his sleeve than he thought, or at least he was only still warming up. Naturally so though as his previous attack had only been a small sample of what he was capable of but it was only right that the Light God was showing that same level and he knew that Sky-dron had a lot more going for him underneath all of his calm composure. So it seems now that his attack is heading right back for him being transformed as it were and combined with light energy. This reminds him of what Shinta had been doing earlier only on a much larger scale and without actually fusing the elements together just mixing them in a way.
He could place up another shield of sorts to protect himself but that would only serve to do him harm as his own energy was mixed in with this attack giving way to his defenses and allowing the light inside, much like a Trojan horse. He'd have to think of something else in these precious moments that he had before impact and there wasn't a lot of them left. That's when he spots it, a piece of his tattered cloak from before moving about in the wind along the Arena floor. He eyes it for a moment giving it some consideration before nodding to himself as he throws out one of his arms to his side. From here the darkness would emerge from his extended hand curving back and draping itself over his arm as within a moment it forms a piece of black cloth much like how he had fashioned himself a new cloak earlier. It would be all that he needed though as he drapes the piece of fabric over himself right as the two spirals of energy collide once more tearing into the cloak as it rips and shreds.
This all occurred before the prompt explosion as the energy was released in mid-air safely above the attendants of the Arena. When the smoke finally settles pieces of the aforementioned fabric fall towards the ground as the God of Darkness was no where to be seen. Had he been destroyed from the attack? It would certainly seem like it as even his presence had disappeared for the moment. That same piece of his cloak from before moves about in the gust of wind lifting it up into the air as it floats along turning itself just off to Sky-dron's side. It's from this solitary piece that a single small beam of dark energy shoots out aimed right at the side of Sky-dron going for his ribs. Only to follow the tatters of fabric from earlier scattered amongst the ground would follow suit but they would expand forward heading towards the Light God with precision and speed as they form deadly sharp spikes as they travel through the air.
He, himself, arises from the piece of tattered cloak that had shot out the beam of energy having his two fingers pointed towards Sky-dron as he had used the darkness of his own cloak as a gateway to the Shadow Realm in order to traverse through it and emerge out from a shadow within that piece. He never really liked traversing the Shadow Realm as it wasn't a place really meant for inexperienced Darkness users. Just the presence of it was enough to turn some mad and drive others to commit horrendous dark acts. It could also consume a person and devour them over time as they became lost within its tangled web. However, those who were able to traverse it could literally transport themselves from one place to another in little to no time at all and emerge from a shadow that's placed anywhere a shadow is formed. It was a wonderful but dangerous method that warranted caution from its wielder.
"I do hope that you don't plan on diverting my attacks back at me all day long. It becomes quite old." He manages to ask as he stands there on the ground now crossing his arms over his chest as a small breeze passes by. "If that's going to be the case then by all means let us forgo this battle of elements and really get down to it."
(Sorry for the delay. I have been addressing some much needed things with the progress of the guild and been taking care of those things. Also, been busy with work in that time as well. Trying to find a good balance so that I can move along efficiently.)
As Thanatos' attack neared Sky-dron made no move to defend. In fact, he actually turned into the attack with arms spread wide as if he were welcoming the darkness attack. Had he gone mad? After all, such an action in the past had allowed the darkness to awaken inside him. Surely he couldn't be crazy enough to do something like that again.
That question would soon have an answer as when the darkness struck him, his body seemed to crack, much like a struck window or mirror, the cracks spreading outwardly from the point of impact until Sky-dron's body appeared to be more broken than whole, at which point it shattered completely, the now broken pieces of the Light god turning into glowing petals of light which would catch the breeze to gently float around the arena and eventually slowly over to where Thanatos now stood.
Reaching the area around Thanatos, the petals of light would suddenly freeze in place, morphing almost instantly into to full spikes of light energy that criss-crossed each other. As one spike would meet another it would simply pass through before continuing onward, much as a flashlight beam does when being crossed with another. The result would literally be a hazard area of spikes around Thanatos.
As this was going on, Sky-dron would fade into being from a single glowing petal which had floated away in the opposite direction as the others. Thanatos's quip about redirection aside, it would be plain to see that he had quite literally copied Thanatos's move almost completely. While imitation might be the sincerest form of flattery, turn about was fair game in a contest such as this.
"Redirection of an attack can be a powerful tool Thanatos... and it is one of the central aspects of several martial art styles, so even you cannot refute it having some use." He began to walk to one side, already knowing that Thanatos would extract himself in some way as he always seemed to do. As he walked he would drop a ball of gathered energy every so often, tossing another to the side in a manner that seemed to be completely random. Drop a ball here... toss another one there... what could he be doing? All the while he would keep an eye on Thanatos as he walked and tossed, waiting to see what the darkness user would do in response.

He opens his eyes back up as he raises his head up slightly revealing his gleaming crimson orbs underneath the dark shadows of his ebony locks. The ground beneath his feet cracks and crumbles as his feet set in causing the entire Arena itself to tremble. He slowly uncrosses his arms from his chest extending them out from his sides as he holds his arms parallel to the ground now taking in another deep breath holding it there. His eyes stare down Sky-dron's own as he can't help but smirk in the moment before screaming out in a release of power. The ground itself shatters even more as his dark energy expands outwards in a dome shape around himself colliding with the light as it quickly overtakes and absorbs the light into itself before shattering into tiny pieces as those pieces go sailing out in all directions like shrapnel impaling everything around them before dissipating into the air. He makes sure that the shrapnel comes close to Sky-dron but doesn't strike him as they merely just pass by.
He stands there amongst the rubble on the floor as he brings his arms back to his side starting to walk towards Sky-dron now. "Redirection of one's own attack is a simple battle countermeasure of which your opponent is left spending out all of his energy in an effort to land a blow while you barely have to expend your own leaving you at the advantage. You're right... I cannot refute it's use in battle. When I said earlier that we forgo this battle of elements... I meant that we stop using them. It is clear that our skills and power within our elements are of equal terms but let us test our true strength. Our strength from within." He stops just short of Sky-dron as he looks towards his colleague and friend raising his arms up once more as he takes a battle stance now ready to attack from a more physical stand-point rather than elemental.

Interestingly enough it was a stance that was almost an exact copy of Thanatos's own, save for the open hands of Sky-dron. Having settled into this stance he eyed Thanatos for a moment before grinning, flashing a smirk that had an air of mischievousness behind it. "Well this should be interesting... I don't think we've ever seen you fight physically before... at least totally physically without elemental abilities backing it up anyways. He chuckled softly then, nodding at his opponent. "Well then... whenever you're ready..."
((Ok... gonna be completely honest and say that I didn't catch that part of your last post, or I would haven't started tossing orbs around like I had. In my defense though, you try posting while my dad is trying to get your attention... especially since if you don't answer right away he will literally start calling your name with increasing frequency. -_- ))((Also, quick question... is Thanatos still wearing that cloak he favors so much?))

Uki left Ren at the training area and went for a relaxing walk. He noticed that Thanatos and Sky were both still sparring. "Well, I suppose I can see the rest of the fight. This should finish off with an interesting combination of attacks." Uki then walked into the arena seating and took a seat. He looked over at that match and began taking mental notes.

Like the sun in a fog, there was a brief glistening in Shinta's eyes regarding the response of his schoolmate. "I apologize, but I'm new here as well. So I don't quite know how to guide you at the moment. On the contrary; however, I'm new as well," he replied, and continued to ask, "May I ask what your talents are? From what I've gathered thus far, everybody here has a talent regarding the earthly elements."
(I am so sorry everybody for my absence, but I'M BACK!!! ^^)

You're right though, I don't typically use it because of my reliance on my natural element but that doesn't mean that it's not there." He shifts his back foot bending his knees as he launches off of it moving towards Sky-dron with a surprising bit of speed.
He doesn't leap or anything just uses the push as forward momentum to close the gap between the two fighters stopping himself once he's in striking range planting his feet once more as his hips twist slightly giving him that added power as his shoulder and arm move back just a tad before he's sending that closed fist of his hurling towards Sky-dron's midsection aiming it for his diaphragm to start things off looking to quickly immobilize his opponent by taking the air out of his lungs if his fist were to connect.

His eyes watched, his gaze never wavering, as Thanatos neared and threw his punch. As Thanatos threw his punch he made two movements, fluidly and effectively. As the fist neared him he took a quick half-step backwards, reaching forward with his right hand towards the oncoming punch. This allowed him to keep his position, while effectively allowing Thanatos to come within range of his own attacks. The step back was followed by an attempt by Sky-dron to grab hold of Thanatos's punching hand, grabbing it by the wrist in order to pull it forward and more towards his own right side.
Executed effectively, this would cause Thanatos to be pulled forward and off balance slightly from his punching motion being extended, as well as opening up his left side to a counter attack... which is exactly what happened, as Sky-dron used the slight pivoting motion from attempting to pull Thanatos off balance by his extended arm to bring his own punch up and around, aiming it squarely at Thanatos's midsection at the point the diaphragm meets the muscles of the right side. All together the motions were linked and fluid, with no wasted movement in their execution. While not as effective at as hitting someone squarely in the diaphragm like what Thanatos had attempted, it was still effective should it connect.
((Ah ok... You're lucky then, as it would be fair game twisted Though you would think that for such a favored cloak, Thanatos would take better care of it lol))
Adonis was walking in the woods for so many days right now and he thought that he might be lost. When he started to lose hope, he saw a huge building that were like touching the clouds. Adonis was astonished by this and at the same time very excited. So he ran fast, faster than cat and used the air element to arrive at the gate of the school. The gate was also gigantic and majestic. It made his eyes to round like the perfect moon in the night sky. It was a relief for him to finally see the school that his parents told him about. So Adonis approached the gate and when he approached the gatw, a man would be standing there looking at him.
Adonis was also shocked to see a single guard guarding the gate. 'Is this a royal school?!!' He thought and smiled at the guard. "Your name?" The guard said with a hint of a very strong voice that astonishes Adonis even more. "I'm Adonis Stone. I'm also appointed to this academy." He replied and the guard suddenly smiled at him. "I see then. Welcome to the academy!" The guard replied cheerfully and Adonis bowed before him. The gate was then opened and he went inside. He also saw 2 figures standing on the ground seemingly talking. He smiled and walked up to them. "Hello! Are you a new student?" He said cheerfully while smiling at them. The could also feel the chills brought by him. "So-sorry.. For that.." He said and sweatdropped.

"Ah darn it... Guess it's better to be lost with someone than alone though!" She gave a little chuckle. She still wasn't sure what to make of this stranger. "No earth for me, I mainly have control over air." She summoned a small breeze that gently caressed the two of them before vanishing. Dalia wasn't exactly sure why, but she felt the need to prove her talents existed. "What about you? Are you one of those many earth students you talked about."
She heard a voice and another student approached. There was an odd chill in the air around the guy. And why was he sweating so much? Still he seemed a little more friendly than this other guy. "Hello! Both of us are new students. I'm Dalia, and this is Shinta." She motioned over to the other guy.

The girl started to talk and introduced the two of them. "I see.. I'm Adonis!" He said letting out another chill from his body. He wasn't really good at keeping the chills inside his body and his body is always cold. He smiled at them and looked around. "So.." He paused for a little looking around, while trying to find a topic. "Urm.. How's your day?" He finally said and let out another chill from his mouth. And looked around the place again. 'I never knew that this place was so beautiful.. And look at this wonders.. It's so amazing..' He thought and looked at the both of them waiting for their replies.
