Yeah, Oro's PRETTY creepy. That's why I didn't believe his seiyuu (Japanese voice actor for the clueless) was a girl at first.

Kyosuke Akira for me i would have to say rock lee, why u ask b/c of his mushroom cut, his bushy eye brow and, he really cocky around girls But I would say Gai Sensei,he's worse then Rock Lee
