Of course, Nector's way of calling a stop would be, a few moments later, to get distracted. Something flitted through the forest and she broke away. "Pretty!" she squealed, going after it.

And life was perfect, Edric mused as he followed her. He had a mate he loved. She was delightfully wonderful, and did not ever care enough that he had fed off of her to remember it. She was, however, beginning to remember him. And she kissed so well. It was a pleasure to reteach her that. Yes, nothing could be better then life right at this moment.

"I got daddy!," Vesi Kos squealed.
Aedos would drop down out of the trees to land on daddy's back.
Teri Shai would scamper around Edric cheerfully. "Daddydaddydaddydaddydaddydaddydaddy!"
"Cute!" Nector squeals.

Edric's eyes widened. Bad. Bad bad bad bad bad..... He had a hard enough time taking care of Nector! Oh, he had no question where these babies had come from. One look at them was enough to tell him that much. Especially the little pink vampire baby who pounced Nector. Yeah, there was no doubt. They were his and Nector's babies. But how was he supposed to take care of them all and Nector. Grimly he knew one truth. As much as he might come to love his children, Nector would come first. Always. But for now. "Headcount! Anyone who isn't here, raise a hoof. Anyone who is here, say your name!"
"Melina!" She said, giggling.
"Neil," he said softly, creeping out from under the bushes.
Kaito grinned impishly, eye twinkling. "Kaito."

Edric groaned the smallest bit, feeling Eclipse's pain, even having never met the demon. His mate thought she was one of her own children. "Alright kids," he said, attempting to get a handle on the situation. "I am your father, and Nector is..." he started when Melina cut him off.
"PRETTY!" she yelled as she chased off after a squirrel.
