Man, I am out of shape. OW! I had my first dance class on monday, and today I woke up barely able to move, tomorrow I get to dance again. stressed The pain means it's working right? mrgreen

Yay? sweatdrop At least I found out today that I'm not alone. Apparently quite a few people were having rump pains after the class. Our bums were worked like I don't think many people actually ever work.
