Also... something about that didn't seem... real... it was the way the traffic boved moved and looked, the way the police cars looked, the bicyclist... and that random static in the middle didn't even seem like real static... if that video is real, it sucks... if that video is fake, it's damned good...

Because the retard thread is retarded and useless. It has no usefulness. It does not contribute anything with meaning. It is a more retarded copy of the OOC.
The picture thread is also relatively retarded. If someone wants to post a picture, then they can do it in the OOC as well. The picture thread is usually filled by the same pattern. Someone posts a picture, five or so people post a message which more or less mounts to the same things which of course is either 'joo preety' or 'joo funny lookin''.
If I want to post whatever, it'll go in the OOC, and if people want to discuss it, then good for them, if I want to post a picture, I'll do it in the OOC, where it can also be discussed. The picture thread is suppose to have very few actual discussions I believe, and of course, its not like that.

I'm not going to get into any osrt of arguement over this, but /b/ is there to lighten the mood and make things FUN by posting random funny crap. Also, this is the guild OOC subforum. A place outside of our characters for us not only to have a serious conversation about the RPs we are in, but also to relax from said RPs. We all, in this guild, and by NO means serious people, you should know that. I honestly believe people should be allowed to post whatever they wish to post in this forum, since it IS supposed to just be soome random forum of goodness...

That is my opinion, you were the one to ask why I personally refuse to use such threads. I dont give a s**t if other people feel the same way or differently, its not my concern nor is it my business what threads they use.
Do you feel insulted or threatened? People get defensive when they feel threatened or insulted, either by real or imagined ones.
