lenon01 Hey...do Clan Jutsu run off of Chakara? I need someone ELSE to clear this for ZERO. I'll tell him to look here later. ...Wow. Uh Zero ...yeah no comment. But every jutsu needs chakra. Reguardless of what it is, as long as it a jutsu, it needs chakra. Personally if someone doesn't know that, they shouldn't have even passed the academy.

Actually you are very right cause it is quoted from shikamaru "I used to much Chakra to get you to the position, but I'm out of Chakra. I even planned the next 200 moves. And at that point they made him chuunin, because of his strategy and knowing the limits of his squad (In this case, himself.)
