Lunora yawned some and rested her chin on his chest, moving some stubborn hair from his face. "You make an awesome pillow." she said, smiling some as she watching him a little.

"Why is it that every time you're injured, I'm just a material object to you?" he asked teasingly, reaching up with a hand to trace her cheek.

"Because you're multifunctional." Lunora said, laughing softly. But she coughed a little. Her lungs were still a bit gunked up from the blood she had puked up.

Demetri rubbed Lunora's back as she coughed and looked around the quiet temple. "Are you ready to sleep in a bed again?" he asked, concerned that the floor might be too hard for the recovering fox.

Lunora rested her head against his chest, enjoying him rubbing her back. She nodded a little, looking back up at him. "As long as you're thre, being my heater and pillow, then yes. I'd really like a bed." she said, nestling close to the wizard.

Demetri smiled happily, pulling Lunora gently into his arms and slowly standing up. It took a little effort with the demon in his arms, but he managed. He started to carry her out of the temple, holding her close to his chest.

Lunora wrapped her arms around the wizard's neck, trying to make it slightly easier for him to carry her. She relaxed in Demetri's arms, waiting to get back to her room. Once in her room, the bed changed from its flat, not very thick width to being very big and plush. Like a cloud. So it would ease the fox's pain and help her rest.

Demetri gently laid Lunora down on the plush bed, crawling into the bed beside her as it sank under their weight. He pulled a warm blanket over them, holding his wife to him and stroking her hair. "We're great-grandparents," he said, as if the thought had just occurred to him.

Lunora nestled into the bed as he crawled in with her. As they sank, they didn't hit the floor, leaving them on a cushion of air. She cuddled close to the wizard as he got them all tucked in. "Maybe when I'm better, we can go see our new addition."

Lunora chuckled some, coughing a little. "No. You'll be the one dragging me back here. You started the new child phase in us both." she said, running her fingers through his hair, kissing his forehead.

Lunora smiled and nodded some. "Who's made me miss teaching more and more for trying to have a daughter." she said slyly, giving the tip of his nose a playful lick.

"Maybe having a daughter is just an excuse to see you more," Demetri responded, scrunching up his face as she licked his nose. He overexaggerated wiping it with his sleeve, sticking his tongue out at Lunora.
