Lilygwen Sammirah Yeah, there's a few options. It'll be a few days while the both of us network some answers and possible solutions, and then hopefully we'll be back on track in a month or two. It's not the worst thing, just more time. In other news, we had a small ceremony anyway, and there's absolutely zero doubt in my mind that my husband is completely devoted to me. emotion_bigheart gaia_nitemareleft Aah, well that's great to hear! 3nodding So basically you are married already, you'll just do the legal part of it bit later. smile gaia_angelright Yap, you got it!

Sammirah Oh how excited I am for the new seasons of Doctor Who and Game of Thrones! blaugh In the meantime, I've started watching The Walking Dead. ninja I'm currently reading the third Game of Thrones book. I haven't watched much of the show but that's only because we don't get HBO. I'm a season behind Walking Dead too but I'm trying to be patient!! hehe I have a question for all you smart people. Has Brasa Shikabane changed her name to something new? I'm going through the birthday list and that name isn't showing up anywhere for me. This usually means I got the spelling wrong or there's been a name change.. (if she left the guild that's fine but the name isn't showing up in a general gaia search either) edit: also searching for ll rAiNbOwCaKeS ll, Emiko Bunter. and Strawberry Rouge

Ok so i need some help. Years ago , i got for my birthdays a Record player. Well recently, i bought two brand new Vynils. And both times i played these brand new records the sound wasn't that great. There was skipping , and noise. And one of the records sounded like it got stuck. NOW, i put on an old record from like the 80's . A record that was bought at a swap meet. And this thing sounds great. Sounds like a record should sound. So if you guys have ever owned a Vinyl record player do you have any advice?

So if you guys have ever owned a Vinyl record player do you have any advice? I'm afraid I know next to nothing about how to fix record players - so take what I say with a grain of salt. What does come to mind when you say the older vinyls play fine is maybe the weight of the arm is off? Older records generally play better with a heaver arm then the new ones. Given the older ones are only from the 80's though I'm not sure how much a difference that's going to make.
