They look at the items you have and decided whether or not you can spare the monety.
You can tell a moocher from how badly the dress, or when they insist on wearing everything they own.

I had a guy after my angelic guitar, wanted to trade it for his demonic one. He was trying to concince me that it was a gret deal, because his guitar was worth more. I told him to sell his guitar then, and keep the extra cash. But not in such nice words.

Believe me, it was equally painful to type.
I never understood people like that. If you had any sense you would sell the item that was worth more and just buy the other one.
But of course not because "Plz!11! Its 4 my quest!!!11!! I cant spar teh goldz!!"
