@Loli -- Really? I thought it was more of a blanket term for Yuri/Yaoi/Bara, actually. Well, if not, it still fits Yaoi and Bara, then. =P
I thought there was a more mature version of Yuri, like Bara to Yaoi, which is pretty much sex without the melodrama of it all and more realistic, but there is not. Or maybe there is, but I don't know what it's called. D'=
But yeah, blanket term, seriously.
@Lone -- When did he say he was in university? O_o
I think he had a photo in his profile, but he looked nothing above 16!? =0

I know almost nothing about Yaoi =D Serend is usually my reference to that sort of things xD
And yeah, he said he was an Architecture students and stuff like that. And yeah, he looked nothign older than 16 in his picture. That + his attitude is why I was always skeptic of him being in university.
OH! Osaka! While I'm thinking of it. Me and Serend want you to send Bela to the Townsquare to gossip with Talna and Gladice, because Bela is the only current "proper" housewife and any good HM guild needs 3 housewife gossipping at the townsquare!

@ Wifey -- Yaoi usually has a very strict top/bottom dynamic, probably since it's mainly marketed to girls. (It's also why there's a really masculine one and a really feminine one in original doujin.) Yuri directed towards women is usually more about the emotional aspect than who's on top or not, while yuri directed towards men is more focused on the act itself than who's leading.
In English terminology, yuri and yaoi are the hardcore, explicit, hentai stuff. Shoujo-ai and shounen-ai are the innocent forms, respectively. In Japanese, though, it's all one big umbrella term, yuri and yaoi. Actually, shounen ai (which literally means young boy/man love) brings to mind a kid, like elementary or junior high age. Some yuri/yaoi are 18+, some are not. I like a number of yuri manga that could be marketed to junior high kids, if they didn't feature homosexuality.
I've never heard of bara. o____o
@ Lone -- That was Kei? God, I can't even remember who said that anymore. o______o

Bara is with manly man! Take Xiero, make him 200 pound of muscle bigger, as much body hair as Florence the Baboon and you've got yourself some bara =D

I just looked it up! Bara is for gay men, while yaoi is usually for girls. =D

@Wifey -- How informative! =D
I usually don't read either, though. I think I've only read that Shounen-Ai, "Loveless." And it's really because I was interested in the whole Fighter/Sacrifice dynamic in it, it was kinda cool. =0
Also, Bara.
Yeah, I actually found out about it through TVTropes. It's a very informative site, actually. C=
@Lone -- Lol! Bela a 'proper housewife,' that's funny, Lone. xD
If that were true, Beatrice should go in her place! I will post there, though. But can I post later? If I post now, the post's quality will be crap. D= If Alanis were married, I'd imagine her there, too. Right, Lone? ;D And what are they gonna gossip about, anyway? Gossip among women is always so fun!
Oh, and I just found that those five are something similar to this:
Gladice: Wife Talna: Wife Bela: Seductress (Because she doesn't fit either of the other two) Alanis: Child Beatrice: Child
Edit: Actually, let me change Alanis over to the same thing, but a different variation:
Alanis -- Maiden
:D

I like the manga Clover. It's a really sweet yuri manga. ='D It's so nice~
My friend found both volumes at a bookstore a few months ago. I regret not buying it. :< Especially since Japanese bookstores are confusing (they arrange things by publisher, not title or genre or anything) and I doubt I'll find it again.
My other friend used to try to push yaoi onto me in junior high. It was never my thing. Especially since most of them featured a teenage boy and an adult man. o________o That always weirded me out.
Also, I like that you guys are bringing in pieces of Harvest Moon with Talna. ='D It made me smile when I saw you had posted as Gladice, Lone.

The three aspect of Eve is actually a very important part of Philosophy, dating back to the Greek mythology, although it wasn't as much "child" as Virign (Hera = Wife, Aphrodite = Whore, Athena/Artemis = Virgin/Child)
Of course, Alanis would be there 9w9
But yeah, Ellie is still in school and Lulu is married to Gaston, which leaves only Bela, who's not only married, but also left her job to take care of her chilren like any good women should do D< (or so beleive Gladice/Talna).
And what do you think they'll gossip about? It'll be about how Una became such a whore and about how their husband performed in bed!

@Loli: The whole point of Talna/Turner was to bring in Harvest Moon (in an exagerated version) xD. But yeah, There need to have 3 woman Gossiping at the town square! If you played HM:BTN: Gladice = Anna, Tana = Sasha and Bela = Mana =D

And in Friends of Mineral Town, it's the same way~
AWL is the weird one. =0 All of the housewives are working women. Chris works in town, Ruby works at the inn. The only exceptions are Nina (who doesn't count because she dies), and Samantha, but she's a b***h. D<

Well, FoMT IS BTN. Seriously, is there ANYTHING different between the two? o-o
In Animal parade, they work too. All but Mira because she's busy grieving after her dead husband, but then you need to kick her to get her back to work to refine your ore (and later hook her up with the priest o-o).

@Lone -- That's all gonna be so wrong when it's Gladice's turn to gossip how sex was with her husband, I can just imagine Talna smiling and Bela choking back a cookie asshe eats it. xD
I never played any of those, I just the It's a Wonderful Life one. And I was kinda disappointed I couldn't marry Flora. She was pretty. >_>
I got Celia, every time. She was soo cute! =3 I would go for Muffy to add variety, but I just didn't like Nami. Too stand-offish. =P

Oh please, Trevor was a stalion when he was still alive! He could do things you have no idea.
I know! AWL sucked in bachelorette (and dont even get me started on the guys for AAWL). I always went for Celia 'cause she was easy and not a whore... until I got AWL:SE, then I went for Lumina. The hell with the fact she was only like 12, I'm still gtting her >>.

Ahhhh, for some reason, I always get Back to Nature and Save the Homeland confused. @_______@
I want to play Animal Parade so badly, but my Wii is in California, and will forever stay in California. D<
I liked them all in AWL! Celia was super cute, so were Muffy and Lumina. Nami was cute in a tsundere sort of way~ But she was really hard to catch, since her schedule was all over the place, so I only went for her once. Her kid is the cutest of the three, in my opinion. 9w9 He's all shy and blushy.
I'm with you, Osaka. First I went after Chris, then when I discovered she was married, I went after Flora. And then I realized that she wasn't an option. D< I was so used to play FoMT, where pretty much all of the young girls are datable.
The guys in Another Wonderful Life sucked so hard. Rock was the only mildly normal looking one, and he called you 'Babe' all the time. When I married him and he asked what he should call me, I put my name, instead of some pet name, because he had been calling me by nicknames the entire time. D<

@Lone -- Will they go into detail about it? =0 That's the problem, it's that Gladice is old. Not that he was bad or she was bad, it's kind of like knowing about sex and later finding out your parents had to do it to make you. That's the easiest way to explain Bela's reaction, but if you have hot parents, well... rolleyes
Lumina was cute! I kinda wanted her too, but then I thought I'd sound like a creeper if I said it on here. v_V
@Loli -- What cute anecdotes! C=
But yes, the choice between guys is horrendous in AWL! D< But I find it hilarious that you went after Chris, first. <33
