Heh, not bad. Definitely better than some of the others I have seen.
Yeah... What are those measuring things we used in Chem called...? He needs a melee weapon with a longer reach than a scalpel...Or you will be knelt...

Yeah, ah well, I have the next stuff up, as well as the attack.
Heh, I spelt it like Barret from FF. I was one letter off...
Well I did edit it in. I thought of an awesome attack just after posting it.
Rising Phoenix: Releases many flames into the sky, all forming into a large bird. The bird can be controlled by Vicer, but he needs complete concentration to keep it going for longer than just a single charge.

Actually... That may be overkill... even for him... I wanted a strong acid, but with a corrosive power greater than 100% sulfuric acid and a single drop causing an explosion when it touches water MIGHT be a bit much... Might... Nah, I think I'll keep it... Just a good thing I decided against the stronger one.

Yeah, he is going to be fighting people from both sides, and that might include the odd god or two, but I can't see even a god being able to fight too well with some of that acid in their blood stream or Caesium in their eyes.
Yeah, Gravity and Vines are epic because of that, Time however needs to be restricted to prevent godmodding unfortunately.
Ah excellent, I will probably be up till 11 tonight, this character is going to be fantastic!
Ooohhh... think he should carry round a canister with his old eyes hanging suspended in preservatives to keep them fresh...?Or you will be knelt...
