Kai rolled her eyes, but she leaned against Hakaru, giving him the cuddles he was wanting with a smile. She watched the little family before them, remembering when that had been Hakaru, Yuke, and her.
Yuke shrugged like it was no big deal and kissed Natalia's forehead. "Never worry about me. I'm like a snake; I've got recoil," he joked, looking down at his daughter again.

Hakaru smiled and cuddled with Kai, remembering when his sonwas just a little thing, babbling and giggling just as his grand-daughter was now.
Natalia smiled as their daughter reached up at her father, giggiling some and batting at some of his hair. She had her mother's blond hand, but his deep green eyes.

Kai looked up at Hakaru and smiled. "Let's leave them," she said, changing her mind.
Yuke nuzzled his baby. He ran his fingers over her blond hair, and tilted his head. "What about Chloe?"

Hakaru nodded and smiled, leading Kai back to their room.
Natalia smiled, watching her daughter tug on her father's hair. "I think that's perfect." she said, petting Yuke.

Yuke chuckled a little at the feeling of the little girl's fingers in his hair and he kissed his wife's forehead. "I think we should all take a nap," he suggested, yawning a little.

Natalia smiled and scooted over in her bed, patting the space there, wanting him to lay down with her. "Come rest, dear."
After all this, Lunora was finally beginning to wake up. She groaned softly, opening her eyes a little to find herself in her mother's temple, a pillow under her head and a nice warm blanket over her. She glanced around and found one wizard nestled up to her. She smiled and began to sit up a little.

Yuke did as Natalia wanted, wrapping a gentle arm around her waist and pulling her to his chest as he gazed down at her, then their child.

Natalia smiled and gently pet Yuke. She then began to sing to her family, easily putting Chloe to sleep.
Lunora laid back down, glancing up at Demetri and smiled some. "You started it, idiot..." she said, coughing a little as she pulled the blanket back over herself.

Lunora laughed some and moved to laying on his lap. "Remind me to skin that reptile and wear him as my new belt. Or maybe something you might like a little more." she said, teasing the wizard exactly in that way.

Lunora laughed some more, coughing a little. She nestled more into his lap, moving the blanket over her to keep warm. She adjusted some so she was laying more across his lap to cuddle closer.

Demetri carefully held Lunora in his arms, being sure to mind her wound. "I'm sorry for going insane and trying to kill you multiple times," the wizard said to his wife, stroking her hair. "I had the potion earlier, so there shouldn't be a repeat of that."
